Absolutely apaling from start to finish. No confirmation of purchase email, no shipping notice, items did not work on my dogs and was constantly having to remove ticks. Contacted the company on 3 separate occasions requesting a refund on the 30 day money back guarantee. Guess what, no correspondence! Have ended up contacting my credit card company to request a charge back. Please Avoid this company

Total fraud of a company, do not go near them,ordered 2 tick pendants for my dogs,they don't work,website states full refund if they don't work,contacted them to say the pendants don't work,they emailed saying I would be fully refunded, i never received a refund so contacted them again on more than one occasion, guess what,no reply, I had to go through my bank to get my money back,AVOID AVOID AVOID, total fraud of a company, can't write a review on their website, that says everything so hopefully people will come here and look

Purchased three tickets repellent tags for my dogs and I generally would say it’s not a bad product - it keeps most ticks away, but definitely not all of them. I still had a few ticks on my dogs and since the pendants are really expensive and advertised as 100% protection, I contacted customer support. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee if you’re not happy. After two emails there is still no response and my reviews on their homepage are never published. Really dodgy company, can’t recommend, even though the product isn’t useless.

I purchased 2 of the tick repellent pendants, they arrived after a few weeks. I attached them and all seemed to be fine but then I noticed that for 1 pendant (after 1 month) the product in the clip had fallen out. I took a photo and emailed the company. Have just sent my 3rd email and no response yet, but they are quite happy to spam me with their mails.

Their emails advertise 24/7 support…..

There is no phone number so nothing else I can do. I will not be using them again.

This company advertised on Facebook I purchased a natural flea and tick protection for my dog at a cost of £33.50 they never sent the item it took 5 emails before they responded stating they would look into the matter a few days later they sent me an email confirming a refund had been authorised
Again no refund received after many emails they finally responded saying nothing more they could do and ignored all other emails don’t touch this company
