In spite of their “No questions asked” 60 day return policy, Paw calm will not send a physical address where I can return the product to get my refund. They want me to send a video demonstrating the problem I’m having with the bowl.
Very cheap product for high price. No directions and haven’t been able to take it apart to fill the base. No information on their website.
Ordered a “Pet Anti-slip Spherical licking bowl” It is by no means, anti-slip! It’s cheap plastic like from a dollar store and nothing on the bottom to prevent it from slipping. There are no directions and it’s comes from China in a beat up box. If you use peanut butter, the ball barely rolls. Pretty frustrated in this product overall given its price point. Seems more like a $9.99 item.
Purchased last week, in the hopes of something to help my large dog calm down before walks, he get spooked by passing lorries and loud noises . With bonfire season approaching, I am hoping this product can hopefully take the edge of the nerves off, my highly sensitive dog ! I think the product seems very clean and the packaging is clinically appealing.the product it self is solid so no more ground up dog treat dust is sitting at the bottom of my bag.. I will report back in a month and update . Thanks!
