I feel duped !

If I could give this website 0 stars I would.
I ordered a Christmas pet jumper on 12th December. On the website it said order today and delivery guaranteed by 17th December.
It’s the 29th and I’ve still not received it.
I’ve contacted then and explained the jumper is no longer for for purpose.
Why would I gift my grown son a Christmas jumper in January!!
I asked they remove the hat. A some compromise.
They have ignored my request and said they have sent it. Yet the tracking shows it to be know where.
I feel duped & robbed.
Don’t order from this site.

Avoid!!! Scam from China

I ordered from this company 6 sweatshirts. The videos and picture looked great and the sweatshirts were apparently fleeced. So when my order arrived it was just horrible! Bad quality embroidery, wrong sizing, some pets didn’t look themselves at all.
So I obviously complained, they offered 15% refund or they can resent the „failed“ items but I have to pay 50CHF for the shipping which I obviously denied because it was their fault only. As the end we still agreed that I pay for shipping because I just didn’t had any choice, it’s Christmas and I didn’t had any alternatives for a gifts. They also claimed that they are new established company and run out of recourses, which at the end it bullshit, it’s just another scam from China.
Guess what… it is 28 and my order apparently just got shipped, so they ruined the Christmas gifts and delayed the order.

Incomplete job/terrible craftsmanship

When trying to track my shipment, I was not given a Transit company. So you're given a tracking number, but not the name of the transit company in order to be able to check the status of the tracking. When inquiring about the tracking, I kept getting robotic responses until about the 3rd or 4th response, in which case it was finally told to me that they use Transit 17 as the transit company. Secondly and most importantly, when it arrived, the stitching is not completed. My dog has no nose/snout. The stitching is incomplete and there's a gap, an opening where it should have been closed for his nose and it's just an open hole. The sweatshirt looks ridiculous. It looks like my dog has no nose. I'm having to find a local seamstress now to finish the job and now customer service, at best, says they'll only gave me 20% back even though they never completed the job. Extremely frustrating. Will never purchase anything from them again.

Fantastic Sweatshirt!

Ordered a custom sweatshirt as a Christmas Gift, and it was PERFECT! I have ordered a second one, as it was so nice. Great quality and the embroidery is adorable and so well done!

Don’t order from this site!

Placed an order that was meant to be a special Christmas gift, received it with one of the dog’s names spelled wrong and not even capitalized😅 They’ve made no effort to resolve the issue, aside from a minimal refund (first 20% then 10% lol) unless I ship it back at MY cost. It’s been back and forth for weeks and at this point im giving up, but I feel I should warn other customers. I wish I would have trusted my gut instincts. Since they’ve made it impossible to leave a review on their webite, here I am!

Their replies to my emails make it clear they aren’t actually reading what I’m saying and they still don’t seem to understand that I’m not just returning it because I don’t want it, but because they made mistakes on a perosnaized item. They also only reply every 24+ hours even if I reply to them immediately, they’re dismissive and extremely unprofessional.

My order also came in super late with no legit way to track it, and they said it was due to “thorough inspections for special items”… my inspection must have been missed lol. Overall a horrible experience from the start, just save yourself the headache. 🙂

Terrible Quality.

I ordered a sweater with an embroidered picture of my recently deceased cat as a present for my wife. The sweater came with an embroidered image that looked nothing like my cat, instead looked like a cartoon stock image they pulled off the internet. When I asked about it all they offered me was 20% discount on the $60 sweater. Their policy on their website states they will make it right by resending a new sweater, yet they have not responded to me on this. Horrible quality. Use Petfiestas instead, I had a sweater made of my dogs that came out great. Pawavivas is a scam and should be avoided.

Never received the product

Never received the product. Impossible to reach anyone. I was given a tracking number with no tracking information and was not given a refund when asked for (emails).

Awful Company Do not use

This company is awful don’t use them, my item was ordered in the 7th of December with a promise of before Christmas delivery, I’m still sat here on the 27th waiting for said order, the customer service team offered a 10% refund as compensation and nothing else, still waiting, don’t use these guys if you want your item anytime soon or good customer communication

I know its Christmas and it get busy but simply don’t make promises you can’t keep and then mess your customers around when you do make mistakes

S C A M


We ordered a custom sweatshirt with our pet’s face on it. The total was $48.44 including shipping. What we received was a masterclass in disappointment and zero accountability.

There was no real tracking, extremely poor communication, and after digging further it became clear this business is not operating legitimately. When we reached out for a refund, they offered a 10% refund on a product that failed to deliver on every level — quality, transparency, and customer service.

A partial refund isn’t “goodwill” when the product and service were never fulfilled as promised. That’s not customer satisfaction, that’s damage control.

If you want a sweatshirt with your pet’s face on it, look literally anywhere else. You’ll save money, time, and your sanity.

Verdict: This company should not be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

Scam

I placed an order since Dec 6th 2025. Paid fir express delivery. Up until now Dec 25th I have not yet received my order. I reached out to Customer Service 3 time they are not helpful. They just keep telling you its in the process. Finally I requested to be refunded. There response was that my order has shipped. That was on December 20th. Still haven't received anything. Total Scam.

Do not order from this site!!

I’m very confident this website is a scam. I’ve followed up on my order multiple times and keep getting vague excuses about “shipping issues” and internal process problems. They cannot provide a tracking number and nothing has shipped. Each response is the same story with no resolution. Do not order from this site — items are not actually shipped. I’m now having to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Failure to deliver on time

I placed my order on December 3rd, yet it failed to arrive in time for Christmas (Portugal). After noticing the order status remained unchanged for some time, I exchanged several emails with the company. Despite assurances that my order would be prioritized, it still did not arrive. I am deeply disappointed that I could not give this gift as planned, especially since I ordered it well in advance. I am still waiting for the personalized shirt and hope that the quality and designs accurately reflect the photos I provided.

SCAM!

DO NOT BUY. IT IS A SKAM.
I am extremely disappointed with Pawviva. I placed an order in November specifically because they advertised a Christmas discount and guaranteed arrival before the holidays.
Despite ordering well in advance, it is now Christmas Eve and my package still hasn't arrived. The tracking information shows the item has been sitting in Italy since December 12th with no movement. It is clear that the "Christmas delivery" promise was just a marketing tactic to get sales.
This was supposed to be a gift, and now I am left with nothing on Christmas Day. I have requested a full refund due to false advertising and poor service. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this site if you have a specific deadline—they do not respect their own delivery guarantees.
