I ordered a jumper for £43.36 and received a product that was not what I ordered. When I contacted the company, they admitted the issue but told me I had to pay for the return postage myself. I ended up paying £23.50 out of my own pocket to send back an item that they got wrong (non-refundable!)

This whole situation has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unfair. A customer should not be financially penalised for a mistake made by the company. I would not recommend this business based on my experience at all!

Amazing! Delivered within 8 days. Came out exactly as pictured and looks great quality. There are loads of options to choose from. Really good value for money. My secret Santa recipient will be chuffed!

I ordered a customized hoodie from PAWAVIVA for €57.39. They promised accurate embroidery, high-quality materials, and delivery within 15 business days. Reality? The hoodie arrived more than a month later, the fabric is cheap and synthetic, and the embroidery looks nothing like the photo I provided — despite their email assurance that no details would be omitted.
The photos on their website are misleading and do not reflect the actual product.
Avoid this company.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The image looks exactly like our dog and the quality of the fabric and design is brilliant. Lovely fit and soft material. Would highly recommend!

These folks gave me a terrible sweater with cats that did not look anything like my own. The quality is awful and they left huge pieces of paper attached to the stitching on the inside. The shapes, proportions, and everything else looks terrible and they stitched over the whiskers so they don't even have visible whiskers, just a couple white lines exiting the cats face that don't start from the nose area. This is a joke do NOT BUY FROM HERE

Received today. Looks nothing like the image I uploaded. It looks like they just use a default image of a black cat. Very disappointing

Thrilled that our shirts turned out great! They arrived quickly, and the detail of our pets was amazing. They captured the speckles on their snouts 😄 Very happy with the end product.

I love both my hoodies. The picture was smaller than I expected but that is a good thing. Any issues have been very promptly resolved via email. The only regret it that you cannot pre-view the image.

The shirt i got looked like a cartoon cat and not at all like my cat. They offered to make a new one, which looked just as bad. Apprently it is inpossible for them to make a shirt like the ones the show on their website.

I hesitantly ordered a hoodie with my Blue and Gold macaw's face. Their site only shows dogs and cats so i wasn't sure if they can make macaw hoodie, but it turned out perfectly.

Complete scam! I never received my product and when I asked for a refund they wanted me to send my account and routing number.

If i could put 0 stars i would.. I ordered two jumpers age 13_14 where they arrived they are more like age 8..sizing is way out..jumpers have no care labels or size labels as shown in the photos online...I want a full refund

I got 3 sweaters done by this company. The dogs looked perfect, absolutely loved them. But the cat came in with a different eye colour and a weird shaped face that looked like it was melting.

I spent over a week going back and forth with customer service trying to get this replaced. Originally, they offered a 10% refund instead of a replacement. When I said no, they wanted me to pay $20 for shipping. When I said no, they asked me to pay $10 for shipping. I had to point out their own terms and conditions state they will take Full Responsibility for errors in the embroidery process. Finally, they are sending a replacement.

Don’t let them push you around :/

Pawaviva did a great job on a sweatshirt I purchased for my friend. She loved it so much she couldn't stop smiling, and kept hugging and thanking me. I ordered a full color embrodiery.

I ordered a tshirt for a friend and what I received was TERRIBLE.
The pets don't look like my friends at all.
They just picked random pictures of cats.
Do not buy from this company. The only offered 10% refund even though is fully their mistake. So I spent 35£ on a tshirt that looks like trash. Absolute scam!

The embroidery of my pets were very off, not as of equal quality as the ones presented in the website. Do not recomend at all

Ordered a hoodie for my partner. It came out very well and I had sent the wrong address and was able to get them to switch it right away after reaching out. They were responsive when I reached out with questions about shipping and changing the address after I ordered. Was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting this to turn out bad.

Ordered an embroidered t-shirt of my nieces dog. The “preview “ function was turned off but it never said this one their website. Received the tshirt. The dog has brown eyes, they give her blue eyes and the white part of her fur was beige. They will not return Sven though I was not given the chance to preview. I did order another one and asked that she does not have blue eyes. We will see. Probably stupid on my part but like to give second chances

Severely unhappy with the product I received from 'pawaviva'.
The stitching on jumper is nothing like the photos I sent of my aunties dogs. The design I received is so far off what was advertised! The whole product looks awful, from the stitching to the placement, the sweatshirt itself. Paid just under £50 for a product which looks very cheaply made. There are loose threads on all the stitching. Backing on stitching, on inside of jumper was falling off. Waited a long time for delivery, of which I wasn't able to track properly. This brand is something I wished I had avoided! I am now stuck with a sweatshirt I cannot gift as a Christmas present, as original intended!

Do not buy from this brand, unless you plan to be thoroughly disappointed!

It’s amazing quality and I really like it only downside is that the head is smaller than I thought
