Same...no bed no word. BUT you can get your money back filing the claim with your credit card company. The category is "no service or product ever provided." It does surprise me that they can exist on Twitter. That should be shut down.

Too good to be true got scammed up and down feel like a$$hole. If it’s to good to true it isn’t. Just trying to save some money but you get what you pay for with this company, NOTHING!!!

Total scam, I knew I should have been skeptical when everything in the site was drastically discounted and the SAME PRICE for EVERY SIZE... month has gone by no shipping confirmation and no bed. I hope they burn in hell. Twitter is the site that served the ad for these scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered on 4/2/2022, they took my money and never answer any of my inquiries. They should NOT be able to scam people on Twitter! Isn't there a law against s***

Total scam. Sent them money and it’s been over two months. They did send an email saying the bed had shipped after I sent the first complaint email. It had not. Now they’re just not responding.

Ugh!! I fell for it, too. Two dog beds ordered and $40 gone. I should’ve known it was too good to be true.

This company advertises via a Twitter account. When you order their dog beds they charge your credit card but don’t send the products you ordered and they don’t respond to inquiries. Comments are disabled for their Twitter account so you can’t warn others. My card was charged by an LLC. I looked it up and it’s a one person company based out of a house in a California. The address on their website is in Illinois but I mapped it and it doesn’t look like pet supply sales or distribution. It seems fishy and possibly even a phishing scam.

I ordered a medium dog beyond 05-26-2022.havnt seen a email from this company yet(05-27-2022).no shipping info,no nothing.this company is a scam.i ordered on Twitter and used paypal.going ro contact PayPal and twitter.

This is a total scam of a company. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. By no means give your business to this illegitimate company that tries to seem legit on Twitter. TOTAL SCAM.

At this point it's been 15 business days now and haven't heard a thing. I usually do my research, yet this time I regrettably didn't. These people are scum and I hope they get all the evil that can come there way.

Like ALL the others, ordered a bed, never received it. Emailed numerous times, no response. Sent a post on twitter & they (paw academy) blocked me. Contacted Twitter since this is where it was advertised, no response. Filed a complaint with BBB. This needs to stop. this company is fraudulent. Not right. Next step for me is the AG office. Enough is enough.

The note from Paw Academy indicates they were purchased by new owners in November of 2022 but it is currently only May 2022. It might be a typo but I wanted to make it clear that I ordered on April 9, 2022 and have not received the bed or a response to any of my emails. They have 2 email addresses listed on their website; I have not received a reply from either address although I have sent several emails. They have written here that there are "fake" reviews. This one is not. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charges if they are not going to respond. I am so disappointed.

Ordered a small dog bed April 2022 and still have not received it. Bank card was charged $19.99. Sent several emails and still NO response from company.
I will not recommend or order from this company again.

After not receiving the pet bed I ordered for $19.99, I googled Paw Academy USA and found all the complaints. Now I’ll make the call to my credit card company and hopefully get a refund. And maybe ask for a new card - God only knows who has my account number by now. I knew it was too good to be true.

Ordered 2 dog beds on 4/14/22 and had to place order in 2 separate transactions? Received order confirmation along with email that product should arrive on May 15th. I have not received my order. Just called bank and got a full charge back! Buyer beware.... 100% SCAM

Reading all of these reviews, I am in the same situation! I should have known better because I am in a profession for consumers and their rights and I won’t stop until this is made right. Too many people will give up and they have retained a lot of “just $20” because they know we will give up. I’m not!

Ordered, paid for and received email confirmation of order. Although website says 3-4 days delivery, confirmation stated 9-15 business days. Now 30 days later, merchant does not respond to email and still no product. Filed complaint with FTC.

I am angry beyond belief! This company is scamming people. They do not respond to messages, I was given no tracking number and have been waiting for a month.
First mistake was in trusting TikTok advertising and their obvious lack of vetting the advertisers.

Ordered $20 dog bed from an ad on Twitter and no response, no tracking number, and no dog bed. It's been over 15 business days. This company is a scam. Wish I had looked at the reviews. They charge only $20 and no shipping for any size dog bed, knowing that you're not going to spend a ton of time trying to get $20 back. This is fraud and theft.

One Month has passed and I have yet to recieve my order. Disputing the charge with my bank to get a refund!
