Boots are Beautiful, Fit Perfectly, but Shipping Rather Slow
Boots are beautiful and fit perfectly! I wear a US size 7 and ordered according to the size chart. Be pateient, because shipping takes a while. Website says shipping takes 10 business days, but that is from the time they ship. Boots ordered on Nov 27, shipped on Dec 1, and delivered on Dec 21 (14 business days in transit!) I was concerned they wouldn't be here in time for Christmas! Probably because of the long transit, the shipping bag was rough and all 4 corners of the box lid were split. I keep my boots in the box when not wearing, so I salvaged the lid with tape. It might help if the shoe boxes were shipped in another stronger cardboard box, like other shoe sellers do. ;-)
Clogs
It took about 10 days to receive the items. I was a bit hesitant at first but reached out to customer service for an update. The information I received was not accurate but I decided to wait to see what the outcome would be. When the items arrived, I was very pleased with the quality of the clogs. One shoe size was inaccurate but that’s understandable during the busy Christmas holiday season. Overall, I was content with the service.
No package - unhappy customer
Item not received - shipping / tracking does not update. Item was ordered mid November, received shipment notification 11/24 but no updates since then. I emailed customer service and was told shipment must be lost and if shoes still in stock then will send new package but I have not received a response to my reply requesting new shipment.

Not so great packaging. Beautiful products!
Items were in good shape, but the packaging was terrible- the boxes were smashed and falling apart when I opened the outer bag. Not good shipping for the distance it came. BUT!! The shoes and bag are fantastic and I look forward to wearing them!!

Initially my order was overlooked and because I asked when my order was being delivered, you discovered the problem. Now, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER! So, at this point, your business and product can NOT be totally reviewed. The process of letting your customer know their order status appears problematic.
