Discount not applied
I purchased two pairs of Skechers at the Paver’s MetroCentre store on 27/11/25.
It was only when I got home that I realised I’d been overcharged. Both pairs of shoes were discounted but only one discount was applied at the till and is not realised until later.
I emailed Pavers and waited a good time for a reply. I followed up with another email and after another while, they asked for an image of my receipt.
I sent this in explaining again that I’d not been allocated the discount on offer for one of the two pairs of shoes purchased, identifying which one. After another wait they then said they wanted a picture of the tags on the shoes I’d been overcharged on to show they were discounted.
I’m a reasonable person, but that was a mickey take. Who keeps the tags off their shoes? It was almost 4 weeks before they asked for the receipt. Why not ask then for the additional evidence? Is because they do not care about customers.
Result is that Paver’s won’t accept the claim and have lost at least one regular customer.
I was given a pair of Pavers slippers…
I was given a pair of Pavers slippers by my late brother in July 2025, (he passed away in end October), within 3 month the slippers were falling apart, the PVC was separating from the upper, the slippers were,
Full Slippers - Brown Cost £44.00
REF: QING40026 ORDER CODE: 326 476
so as you can imagine, I contacted Pavers, by email, and explained they were a gift from my late brother, they asked me for a receipt, where and when they were purchased, I let them know, I did not have that information, as they were a gift from my deceased brother, so they sent me another email asking for the purchase details ect, (sent by a different person), I also sent them pictures of the slippers, so they could see that the slippers were disintegrating, I am disgusted they are being so insensitive, for the sake of (NOW ON SALE) down to £15.00.
What a terrible company, again all they care about is the profit line, no sympathy the fact I lost my brother.
I would advise any potential buyers of shoes, boots, bags or slippers, save your money, and spend it with a company, who can show compassion, not asking stupid questions or requests, that I cannot fulfil, and I have explained it to Pavers on 2 separate emails.
Last correspondence was 18th Nov 2025 due to ill health.
RUBBISH
Bought 3 pairs of pavers last year 2 brown 1 black wore the black ones several times then earlier in year wore them at a funeral and the upper separated from the sole glue had dissintergrated, just got the brown ones out to wear for winter and same thing has happened to both pairs not even wore them, got other shoes iv had for years [ not pavers) and they are all good so it's obviously poor quality glue ,I'm not messing about trying to do anything about it as iv had them for 18 month so iv binned them, but come on this is disgusting never had this with any other shoes only pavers
Poor communication
Still waiting for a confirmation email that my items are available to collect. Terrible customer communication

Pavers online experience is rubbish.
I ordered & paid for a pair of boots on 23rd November, asking for delivery to a nearby outlet. It is now 6th December & the boots have still not arrived. I contacted them by email a week ago & have still not received a response. Really unhappy.

Pavers @ Tring Garden Centre
I wandered through Tring Garden Centre today and wasn't expecting anyone to help me as most shoe shops are understaffed and so busy nowadays.
But a very smiley lady approached me and could not be more helpful, picking up on very small but important things in my choice.
I came away with beautiful comfy boots, nothing was too much trouble and she took her time helping me.
So rare! I'm going back and I'm taking my sister and Mum to get some shoes too as they do wide fit.
Thank you Laraine. You were so lovely today and an asset to Pavers
Exactly what I wanted.
Been looking for a pair of black boots for quite a while. Finally found some but not in my size so I looked in Pavers website and they had the same boots. Ordered them to be delivered to my local Pavers my only problem was that delivery should have been 3 -5 days but it wasn’t stated that they didn’t include weekends hence delivery was longer than expected. But the wait was definitely worth it. The boots are so comfortable and exactly what I wanted well worth the wait.

Poor Communication
I’ve recently ordered three pairs of shoes online. I’m pleased with the quality of the shoes, all three pairs were reduced in the sale.
Of the three pairs of shoes ordered, all delivered to a local garden centre that has a Pavers outlet, I needed to contact Pavers Customer Services to establish whether or not my order was ready to be collected on two occasions, as I’d had no notification.

Deeply Disappointed
Deeply Disappointed – A Birthday Gift Ruined and No Accountability
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Pavers has been so frustrating and disheartening that I feel compelled to share it.
I placed an order for a pair of trainers well in advance of my parent's birthday on 19th September, hoping to surprise them with a thoughtful gift. I paid for delivery expecting a smooth and timely service. Instead, I received no tracking information, no updates, and ultimately no gift in time for the occasion.
After waiting far longer than expected, I had to chase the order myself on 30th September, only to be told on 2nd October that the item had likely been lost in transit. I was offered a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, hoping Pavers would make things right. But again—nothing arrived, and I was left in the dark.
Eventually, I received a partial refund for the trainers, but not for the delivery charge, which I paid in good faith for a service that was never fulfilled. There was no apology, no explanation, and absolutely no accountability for the failure to deliver either the original item or the replacement.
This wasn’t just a missed delivery—it was a missed moment. A birthday came and went without the gift I had carefully chosen, and the lack of care from Pavers made it even worse. The emotional impact of letting someone down on a special day because a company couldn’t follow through is something I won’t forget.
I expected better. I deserved better. And most importantly, my parent deserved better.
I won’t be shopping with Pavers again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before relying on them for anything time-sensitive or meaningful. When things go wrong, their customer service is slow, unresponsive, and unwilling to take full responsibility.
Bought 2 pairs of sandals one size 37…
Bought 2 pairs of sandals one size 37 and the other 39.
The size 39 was exactly the same size as the 37 eventhough 39 was on it. Informed Pavers and their response was ," They were manufactured in different factories " I would like to know how come sizes are not standardised, how can you order on line???
