Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a watch which I asked to be engraved for our 25th wedding anniversary. I had 1 email from the store but no watch and no refund. To date I have not heard from them and o am still awaiting my 57 pounds refund. I will nevertheless shop with them again. Luckily I ordered through PayPal so have escalated to their dispute department.
