Peppa pig / Paultons Park was clean and…
Peppa pig / Paultons Park was clean and the rides were great, child friendly and everything seemed accessible. What I would say let the place down was the staff. Everyone seemed socially arkward like they were absolute jobsworths as an example - you have to be 4 years old to go on this ride, he will be 4 next week no sorry you have to be 4 here is the exit. Probably on every ride I was thinking why are they being absolute plod - they need to lighten up and remember people are there for fun. I couldn't wait to get home to Liverpool and realised why they say the north is more friendly.

Firstly, we are pleased to hear that you found the Park to be accessible, clean and child friendly.
It is disappointing, however, to read your comments about our dedicated team of staff who were carrying out their duties in ensuring guests met the requirements to safely use our rides.
As we hope you can appreciate, all of the ride safety restrictions and accompaniment rules across the Park have been set by the manufacturers, and are enforced by the independent inspecting bodies, for health and safety reasons.
We train our staff so that safety is foremost in their minds, which of course is why restrictions are in place. If a child does not meet the minimum age or height requirements to use a ride the operators are trained to politely refuse admission to that particular attraction and we can only apologise for any disappointment this brought.
Afterall, the health and safety of our guests and staff is always our number one priority and exceptions cannot be made.
We do hope that overall you thoroughly enjoyed your visit and that we may be able to welcome you back again sometime soon.

Amazing day at Poulton park, no wait times the older kids stayed on the rides and got 2 goes as it wasn't busy.
Peppa pig world was amazing for the younger kids so much for them to enjoy.
Had such an amazing day, can not wait to go back.
Staff were amazing and friendly they also interacted with the kids in peppa world.

Great experience except for rude staff
We had great fun at Paulton Park esp in Peppa Pig World because my little girl is crazy about Peppa. It was a stress free experience, we did not feel like we need to rush to go to the next ride like we always do when we go to theme parks. We also love that they have an indoor play area, it is so handy when the rain pours. I would've given 5 star but there was one staff today that was rude. Katrina who works on the photo pass area was giving out because we did not merge our photo pass QR code with our app. She was talking to us like we were stupid while also blaming whoever sold us the pass that she should've told us. That girl told us that we can keep using that QR code and we can set it up at home, no problem. We did as she said and it was so easy. I don't even understand what Katrina's problem was. We encountered her twice and she was consistently rude. I hope Paulton Park remind all the staff to treat customers with respect because although the park itself is great, customer service is also very important.

Amazing family day out
Amazing family day out. New rides are a great addition and everywhere (even the toilets) were exceptionally clean and tidy. We went on a weekday (inset day) and unsurprisingly the queues were minimal. Slightly on the pricier side for tickets, but would definitely return.

Amazing park operations with little to no queuing on a Sunday despite crowds
The park operations, short queue times and proximity of rides to one another and the car park make Paultons the best theme park. Overall cleanliness, presentation, quality of food and variety of attractions and gardens add to the experience.

Fabulous park for a family of four with growing kids - super clean, beautifully presented, wonderful variety of light and thrilling rides, wonderful staff throughout. The food was great quality as well. And yes the queues were mostly quick on a hot and busy Saturday. You can tell the owners care about the experience of their guests!

Amazing
We had a two day ticket and had the best time. Two adults and children aged 7 and 4. We managed to do a lot all together there were only a few rides my youngest was a little small for.
The staff are so great, they are clearly looked after and actually enjoy their job.
The site is clean from the start of the day to the end including the toilets!
A great park to visit, we will be back!

Visited yesterday with my daughters (8 & 9) and had such a great day! I was really impressed by how friendly all the staff were, joking with guests, interacting with people and making the experience feel really personal.
Special mention to the team on Storm Chaser, they were super efficient, kept the queue moving quickly and, most importantly, made everything feel very safe.
Loved the water refill stations and how clean the whole park was. You can really tell that Paultons Park puts money back into the park and cares about the visitor experience. Amazing day out, we’ll definitely be coming back!

This park is absolutely brilliant and treats customers with respect
This park is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been to all the main theme parks in the UK but I feel like Paultons really makes every effort to treat its customers well. Even on a hot bank holiday Monday the queues were really short. Other parks are happy to see people queuing for over an hour whereas the longest time we see was 25 mins and even that turned out to be shorter. There are loads of rides and play grounds for kids and so the kids seem to be well spread out making everything more accessible.
There are also decent rides for adults annd bigger kids and with child switching and parent switching options it was possible to take advantage of these easily.
The gardens and landscaping are beautiful with excellent theming, the care and attention to detail was very impressive.
Staff are so helpful and friendly. Unlike other parks they don’t waste time and try to slow the frequency of rides down, and when there was no queue they were happy to let us just stay on and keep going.
