I recently went here for a repair on my watch. To be honest, there were one or two ‘glitches’ in the process but full credit to Damian who solved it all for me today. I’m passionate about good customer experience. Issues happen… it’s how they are handled that patters. Thank you Damian.

My Mum's watch strap got damaged and Marianne arranged for the strap to fixed and she also had it cleaned - it was like new. Then this month the motor had to be fixed. I had originally thought it was the battery. Marianne could not have explained the process better to me and the timelines. She rang me with progress and again when it was ready for collection. I have to say she gave a fabulous service and was courtous and efficient. She instilled trust that the watch would be in excellent condition after the repair. I personally got the battery changed in my Rado watch with her also some time ago and I couldn't say enough about the service. The watch is sentimental and my Mum is elderly so this TLC treatment meant so much. Thank you.

Extremely rude staff. I have a ring with small diamonds, which is over twenty years old and has been in good shape. Just before Christmas it lost a small diamond. Brought it to them where they repaired it very quickly, I was very impressed. Less than a month later the same stone popped out. When I called to explain they argued with me that it wasn’t the same stone (I had photos to prove it). They finally repaired it again but when it was collected this time gave me a lecture on looking after it properly (I used to work in jewellery so I do this anyway) and said that they wouldn’t guarantee this repair or touch it again. I was floored. At no point did they apologise for what was obviously their fault. Instead they lectured me and gave out to me. And refusing to guarantee the repair leaves me very little confidence that the ring is properly repaired. I’m disgusted. Who talks to anyone, let alone a paying customer like this?

Not great, bought our engagement ring here but really nothing special. Felt rushed, no champagne which is pretty standard these days. All in all it was a disappointing experience for a pricey purchase. Heard good things about them which is why we chose them but wouldn't recommend when you can literally go next door to buy a diamond ring or many other diamond shops around the city.

Called to the Jewellers last Saturday ,to pick up a watch ,we were met by Paul himself who showed us around the store for about 30 mins .we dealt with Alex and Eric ,nothing was a problem for the guys .The service was great ,incredible variety of watches,great coffee and Alex and Eric knew their stuff. I loved the open door policy that they had ,you just could walk in and get looked after..One really nice touch was as you moved through the different sections ,you were greeted
by the person who was working there .We will be back soon .Thanks again Guys for the great experience.

Had another wonderful experience in Paul Sheeran Jewellers. First one was 20 years ago for our wedding rings (work done on engagement ring as bought abroad) and jewellery for our wedding day and the second was March 2023 just gone. Staff are wonderful (we dealt with Paul Burke on both occasions which was a fantastic experience to get the second time round too). Quality is second to none. We would highly recommend
