Ordered Wednesday morning. Spoke to someone to make an amendment to the order which was done swiftly on Thursday morning and the bike arrived at 0830 on Friday morning!

First class speedy delivery with great customer service.

Got a fantastic bike at a good price but there was a small scuff on the frame when it arrived which has been covered with a sticker.
The big downside was with the delivery. I was told priority delivery in 1-2 days, expecting it to arrive on 26th June,(this was written on the box), it didn’t arrive until 2nd July. There was no communication at all from the delivery company DX, I was given a code to track delivery which was not visible for the first few days after dispatch, the bike was then delivered to multiple delivery depots around the country before finally arriving. The tracking page did not give an estimated date/time of delivery and there wasn’t any text or phone call to inform me of delivery. I found this extremely frustrating, when ordering expensive items you want to know that someone will be home to take delivery. I’m very happy with the bike and ease of ordering/communication from Pauls Cycled and would have scored higher but I would be reluctant to buy anything again due to the appalling delivery service and lack of communication by Dx.

Ordered a bike on Monday, it was on the doorstep on Wednesday morning from the opposite side of the country, I don’t think it gets any better than that.
Bike was in perfect condition, I just fitted the pedals and straighten the bars, good to go. Thanks.

Delivery was ok but grumpy driver ,but more concerned about the marks on the top tube and headset I’ve tried everything to remove.i was not happy how the bike was packed the wheel should of been in its own box not zip tied to the bike and not enough packaging on the bike that’s prob why it was marked.my last bike online was packed fantastic from another company.my next purchase I will go to store and pick up and transport it home in my car this way any marks on it I can flag up there and then
