Great experience, very straight forward and very happy with my new bike. Only minor gripe is the instructions for the sigma bike computer but I’m sure I’ll get used to it

Very impressed, great customer service, I bought 2x bikes on a cycle to work scheme. I had loads of questions and I made an error on my voucher. The team at Paul’s Cycles took this in their stride and walked me through the process and answered all of my questions clearly and confidently. The deal I had on both of the bikes was unbelievable. I’ll be coming back again next year!!!

so this is my second bike I've purchased from Pauls cycles.
My first was a Rocky Mountain Thunderbolt back in 2022 and now as I get older and fatter, as Raymon Trailray. The service has been great from start to finish, the staff are great, helpful, friendly and want you to have a great experience.
I cant fault them at all, I had a small issue with a saddle, I sent the email explained the situation, and the following morning by the time i got to work another one was in the post.
That for me is exceptional service, listening, and helping when bumps in the road happen.

Id recommend them to anyone, i think they're a great company.

Item was in stock and dispatched quickly. Not their fault that my order took an extra couple of days to arrive, Royal Mail is always slow and it’s impossible to check the details until after it has arrived. It would be nice if they could find an alternative delivery company, might speed the process up a little. Otherwise, no problems, thanks!

Fast delivery and really helpful when I ordered the wrong size bike

For a Bryton 650, Paul’s cycles worked out about £10 more expensive than Amazon but it was on my doorstep in 2 days. The Amazon retailer was dispatching from Spain with a 10 day delivery. If it had to be returned, it had to be sent back to Spain at my expense. Great service from Paul’s cycles and well worth an extra few quid for this service with a local business. Well done.

I love my bike! I ordered the Cube Aim One in a purple colour for my 35th birthday and I have been on it nearly everyday since I got it! Made me think back to when I was teenager and how much I loved cycling back then and I’ve not owned a bike for years so thank you Pauls Cycles!

I ordered my bike nearly two months ago it come with broken parts and when I spoke with the customer service they said I would get the part with in 3-5 working days it’s now been 2 months with multiple emails and calls with no response or part
