Beware of Duty Charge

Whilst the import duty is mentioned within terms and conditions of sales it would be good customer practice to include a disclaimer at time of ordering to draw attention to it. Especially when delivery address is requested and therefore the company would be aware of likely additional charges that are going to be passed on to the customer. Customer Service is poor, took over 15 attempts to try and get hold of someone by phone and no reply to contact form. Will not be recommending this company to others, very disappointed especially given price paid for items.

Love my new bag

I am very satisfied with my Paul Marius experience, the quality is great and in case you choose being delivered, you receive the order right at your door within 24 hours in my case.
It's as good as it could be and I just LOVE my new bag!

The package arrived damaged


The package arrived damaged. I wrote to ask what should be done and what actions Marius should take. I never received a response or any commercial gesture.
