I have boughten two vehicles. 3 weeks after I bought a vehicle after I was in an accident, Paulette Auto went bankrupt and cancelled my GM warranty and refused to pay for a substantial amount of money to cover my previous loan (stated in our contract) when I reached out to OMVIC, they notified me that the first vehicle I had purchased, the VIN was registered to a completely different vehicle.

They have caused me a lot of problems and issues and when I thought I was being protected, they took advantage of me and deceived me. I am truly devastated that they treated their customers this way and hope they pay the price for what they have done.

What happening to us that are effective by Paulette Auto Sales !! I got my car 3 weeks ago paying 42,000 cause my credit suck was told the car I got I can return it in 6 months for a better deal!! Was going there Tuesday to get my summer tires put on as she has warranty for 3 years and I was told she will have 2 sets of tires!! I am the only working person I have 2 special needs children were does this leave us!!!

Bought a car in August from them. Less than 1 week with the car, the sunroof was leaking. Told me warranty won't cover it. Paid to have it repaired myself. The first day driving it home, the battery died in the driveway. Thought maybe it was a fluke untill it happened 2 more times and had to get a boost. Also had all the dash lights come on and found out it was because of the battery being COMPLETELY drained, and a wheel speed sensor. Tried calling Paulettes to see if warranty would cover that, and git completely ghosted. Also have an oil leak they wouldn't fix and have to pay for that out of pocket. In less than a month, I almost paid $2000 in repairs. My last straw was when the a/c stopped working. Took it into the shop, they messed around for 45 minutes and just told me they had no information for me and sent me on my way. They told me 2 days later when I returned in person that they were waiting for a call back from the warranty people, but couldn't tell me what they did to the car or the issue. So I called the warranty people myself and Paulettes never even called them. Stay away at all costs! I have reported them to OMVIC and is also pursuing legal action.

Bought a car from Brad the owner paid for an extended warranty only to find out i paid for nothing. The warranty place doesn't have any info on me or my car i bought. BEWARE PEOPLE. They will take advantage of you, but I will fight & win in the end. Never give up. Go after what they owe you.

Edit to add: your auto response would be great if I could actually get some help. The owner is never available and your service department told me to book an appointment if I wanted to pay for the repairs. The owner is welcome to call me, as my number is on file.

Never again will I purchase a lemon from Paulette’s! Was sold a truck, and less than 9 months later it requires $17k worth of repairs, and has been in the shop more than I’ve driven it. The warranty they sell is not worth the paper it’s written on either. Was told by Jason Beaudoin I drove an excessive amount of KMs in the 9 months I owned it, while relying on the truck to commute for work. Seriously?!? Paulette’s, you need to do come good! And it should take a dozen calls to speak to someone about this!

Extremely disappointed with the vehicle that was delivered. It didn't look like the pictures. The rear bumper has a bad gash in it . The front bumper isn't on properly. Lots of scratches all over car . The drivers side door sill has been repainted which looks like a child painted it . The rear passenger taillight is chipped and the heated seats don't work because nobody checked that there was no fuse . I'm told that nobody was aware of these issues . Isaac was the person I was dealing with and says they weren't aware of any of these issues . I think that is concerning that nobody was aware of these issues .So did nobody actually do a service / overall check on the vehicle ? Had the back bumper valance replaced . I was told by the body shop that I had taken the car to that the car had been in an accident . The front bumper was attached by silicone . The body shop replaced the silicone with resin but it’s not a permanent fix. I will probably have to replace the bumper . So Iam extremely annoyed and frustrated with this situation especially when the car was at the Paulette location for a week to check the car over!! and safety it !! But I was never given any information on the safety and what they actually did

I'd like to take a minute to give a shout out Sean, the individual who helped us get a vehicle in one of the hardest times I've had to live through. I will highly recommend this company but more specifically to Sean Lawless who took time to ensure I was fully happy and received a vehicle not only for me but for my family. THANK YOU!

Booked a test drive for the Tuesday following a long weekend. Booked via text over the weekend which was really convenient. Arrived at 9am after receiving a text reminding me I had a test drive booked. The car I was going to test drive had been set back to auction. No problem, they could bring it back. Inconvenient but life happens and at that point we would have returned at a later time (had booked of work for this)Turns out the car was coming back but had been already been sold. Over a weekend when the lot was closed. We were asked if we had put down a deposit when the rep knew we hadn’t. We were not offed that option when we first contacted through text! Instead of apologizing he made out like we were at fault for not putting down a deposit. Rep was very pleasant until his comment. REALLY bad service.

This place is a joke. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid the cheesy sleezy sales department and deal with someone reputable.

Great service, very easy to work with, met the promises they made.
They do not push stuff onto you that you don't want or need, would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealer

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Paulettes
I find this dealership to be very honest and fairly price their inventory.
The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I never felt pressured to purchase.

I bought Toyota Prius V from Paulleto Auto Sales. Sales agency is very kind and explained in detail. He is honest too. I am highly satisfied. I recommend it for a good deal.
