The quality of the shoes is very good
The quality of the shoes is very good, and I’m happy with my purchase. However, the delivery took much longer than expected, and I had to contact customer service to ask what was happening with my order.
Fortunately, customer service responded immediately and sent my package the same day I contacted them. I really appreciated their quick response and assistance.
For future purchases, I would appreciate it if the order could be dispatched within the 1–2 working days stated on the website.
