Unreliable
We contacted this company, and were in contact with an employee on whatsapp. We wanted a 8m x 4m area, concreted and imprinted. The companies employee, informed us that he would come to look at the site over the weekend, this didnt happen, but he had the decency to inform us that he would be present on site on Monday. Monday evening arrived, and there was no sign of the company employee, but he did phone to say that he was late finishing that day, but assured us that he would be on site on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, and no sign of the employee, and no contact either, and as of today (19 August) still no contact
The job may have only been a paltry £4500 ( quick estimate given over phone )but the least he could have done was to contact us and explain that perhaps they dont want the work. Im glad now they did not accept the work, if this is the atittude with £4500 in the offing, I can only imagine the grief we may encounter should there be a problem after the work was completed.
