The savings is significant, about $100 per month. Plus, Patriot Mobile supports the same Conservative groups that we support. Owned and run by Veterans, No $ going to support anti-Christian or woke ideology. If that were ever to change, we will change carriers.

Great service
Increasing my data plan was a simple task, there is a human who answers the phone, not an AI. When I replaced my damaged phone I opted to try different cell providers with in Patriot Mobile and I switched around a few times untill I found the best service and it was a pleasant experience on the phone.

No phone service for 3 months!
I have been without a phone for 3 months!!! I have called in multiple times for service and NO ONE follows up and resolves the problem which is I purchased an IPhone from Patriot and it is a locked phone. It was a refurbished phone that is locked and cannot even connect. I was so supportive for months - but with no resolution and I’m still being charged monthly fees - I am completely exhausted and exasperated with the horrible service.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the device lock and the resulting loss of service. Patriot Mobile was not made aware of the device lock until August 26th. We immediately launched an investigation and were able to get the phone unlocked earlier today, August 31st. The phone was originally delivered on July 17th. Since you have not been able to use the phone for 45 days, we applied a discount to make your next 2 months free. We have also sent an email with additional assistance and look forward to hearing from you soon!

Everyone was considerate, kind and helpful in navigating this 76-yr-old brain into the information highway age. I didn't think about it at the time. But, I may soon have to ask about a phone with bigger fonts. I was a tad disappointed in the final monthly bill. I was anticipating around $20/month or more downloading gigawatts (not sure of terminology). I don't download much. So, none of the issues I brought up will influence my decision to stay or not stay with Patriot Mobile.

Patriot's been great as a service…
Patriot's been great as a service provider and their customer support is top notch. Price hasn't hiked, plan still the same reliable plan I've had.
They recently came out with the app to check on account info and data which is much better than pulling it off the browser. Props to that!
I only wish they had better international plans. Last time I had to travel to visit family, it cost roughly $100 for a small amount of data, and non unlimited text/call. Hopefully they figure something out to compete with the others on this.
Anyhow, I'm looking forward to when my phone replacement is due, so I can get one of Patriot's more secure phones they offer, with built in encryption and safety features.
Overall great company to side with, having good standards and values. Made in America!

U.S. Based Conservative Company
If I have to call customer service I actually get someone from the U.S. that speaks English and is super friendly. They are very patient, too! The monthly price is only $75 for both of us. We were spending close to $150 a month before we switched. I like the fact that they are conservative and believe in the constitution and support worthy causes.
