Spam calls by the dozens everyday.
I don't know why but ever since I moved from Verizon, I'm getting more than a dozen spam calls A DAY!!!! It starts around 7 to 8 a.m. and continues past 9 p.m. at night. It's to the point now that I don't even turn the volume up, so I don't hear the ringing come through. I'm guessing that someone. AT&T, Patriot, or Verizon has sold our number to the spam world. Patriot will NOT answer the customer service number anymore. I called 611 and got AT&T their answer to the problem was to "Block" the number. I already do that, the spammers just use another number. I have no idea how they get so many numbers. I have received two spam calls that show it's from a doctor's office not just a number. AT&T also suggested that I call the "Do not call registry". Problem is that I have to put in the phone number that I want to register. I'm guessing I'd be putting in several hundred numbers with more added each day. I don't know why this is happening now, just after moving over from Verizon. I wonder if there's a limit to the number of calls that my phone will block?

Unfortunately, Patriot Mobile does not currently offer a built-in spam control system. However, you can file complaints with the FTC or FCC and register your number at donotcall.gov. If the spam calls continue, you may want to consider using a reputable spam-control app. Our 100% USA-based team supports Christian conservative causes and values and is here to assist. We've emailed you some additional steps that may help!

Love Patriot Mobile! It was a very easy switch from the previous carrier; the representative was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without a hitch or hiccup! I love that my money is going to a company that supports American, Christian, and conservative values and efforts.
We travel the country quite extensively, and I've never missed a call or had difficulty with connections.
And best of all: Patriot Mobile is based in Texas!! They answer the phone in English - with a Texas twang! Love It!

While on vacation to Alaska...
While on vacation to Alaska our service lost data and was spotty on voice. On calling support we were assisted by a rep to reassign our esim and transferred to another network that had better coverage in Alaska (AT&T). She worked with us for about an hour, even working past the end of her shift to assure we had the coverage we needed.
