Quality products, poor service

Good products but very poor customer service. Ordered from the sale catalogue, but was charged full price and phoned to complain. Very obstructive and patronising woman seemed to think that a footnote on Page 17 was sufficient notice of end of sale when sale prices were in large print on every page. Not interested in goodwill towards a longstanding good customer - will not be buying from them again.

Thank you for writing to us, we’re sorry you weren’t happy with the service you received. Our sales are for limited time only and the end date was 4 weeks ago, on the 22nd July. We make sure to write this within the catalogue to alert customers of the limited time discount. A little extra time was given for customers placing the following days after the sale ended, however once the next collection catalogue is launched, all prices must be fixed. This is detailed within all of our catalogues.

If you sign up to our customer newsletter, we also send out two sale end reminders prior to the end date. We have passed this over to the marketing team to make sure it is featured in more places for our Winter Sale Catalogue. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Poor quality and customer service

Bought a reversable jacket on the second wearing 5 pairs of buttons fell off. Contacted customer services who advised me to return it which I did now I am getting no reply from customer services and no longer have the jacket so have wasted £90 on I jacket I wore twice I would NOT recomend this company

We’re so sorry you’re unhappy with our service. The jacket you returned was purchased 9 months prior in March which unfortunately meant we no longer had stock to replace the faulty item. I can confirm as our customer service discussed with you, a refund was issued on 9/12/21.
As you requested we are unable to send the faulty jacket back to you after a refund has been given as we need this as proof of fault.
We hope this answers any queries you may have and do let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

Beware of the lies that this company…

Beware of the lies that this company make. I paid extra for a guaranteed 2 day delivery by courier. When my package did not arrive, i find out that in fact, they use first-class mail, untracked. When asking for a refund they were evasive and terrible. Somehow it was my fault that it had not come and that I did not report it within 24 hours. A good one that, without a tracking number and given the Royal Mails level of service you can never tell when they might deliver. I had to remind them of the consumer act and it was their responsibility to ensure delivery and that in the event of non-delivery i was entitled to a full refund. It was not a good experience dealing with their customer service. SO be warned if it goes well no problem if not expect the long run around.

Lovely dresses just arrived but one…

Lovely dresses just arrived but one has had to be returned as a customer would have had to be at least 6feet tall for it to be suitable. I can’t believe I am the only one who has been so disappointed.
