I had a great experience with Paton Insurance. Shylank provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He made sure we had all the correct documentation in place for our taxis and explained everything clearly throughout the process.
The whole transaction was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Paton Insurance were also very competitive on price and were able to beat other quotes we received.

after paying over £1300 for Taxi insurance i noticed i had missed a non fault when putting in my details in i phoned Patons to tell them i was shocked when they changed me another £61 so to my mind they got paid off the other drivers insurance and then charged me for a non fault

I can see you’ve left a review previously regarding this issue, different insurers calculate their premium in different ways and whilst a non-fault claim wouldn’t make a difference with some insurers with others it will as they quote based on the total number of claims on a policy and unfortunately, the extra claim made a difference with the insurance company we offered the quotation for.
We try to avoid this happening by informing our customers that they must advise us of every claim regardless of fault before and whilst setting up any policies. If you’d like to discuss this please either call the office or email complaints@patonsinsurance.co.uk

Unfortunately, some insurers will not insure vehicles for a short period, as they may require a lease agreement for a minimum of 12 or 24 months, depending on the insurer.
