Should not be selling in the name of Cheng Man Ching, did not deliver the paid for video.

I purchased a tai chi instruction video from here. It is split into 9 parts but 2 of the parts were corrupt. It only allowed me 1 download try. I contacted vendor who gives excuse that is not very good with technology. Very unhelpfull , just ignores customer after taking money and not delivering the paid for items. If you are after CMC37 form instruction then better search on youtube for " Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi: Step by Step... by Sifu Mike Pekor " full instruction there. Patiencetaichi is using the good name of Cheng Man Ching , they should at least deliver what they take money for.
Also vendor states some complaints were had due to audio quality so I cleaned one of the parts audio and sent a link for them to review it, but no answer, just ignored it. Should not be selling in the name of Cheng Man Ching
