Just in one month I lost over 1k followers, and the number keeps going down, I also paid for Elite and Premium so the amount of engagement should be obvious, but as time went on, I noticed that both accounts weren't meeting any of the targets that have been promised. It's very upsetting to have spent so much money and not receive anything that's in the plan.

I have a little food truck and wanted to increase the local following. Path Social definitely helped, although at first, some of the new followers weren't from area. I got in contact with support, and they tweaked the targeting. Now I see more locals following and commenting on my food posts!

Buyer Beware! SCAM! This is the same company as PathSocial.com. Look at those reviews on trust pilot. I purchased the Elite package that promised to get me 5k (real followers) a month. Got only 1,1000. Phone number doesn’t work. Emailed and was told no refunds after 14 days. I canceled 4 times via email. They finally replied I have to do it on the website. Went to the website to cancel and it won’t allow me to cancel until I update my billing info. Only option to do that is select a payment plan. 5 months later and they are still attempting to bill my card random charges. The followers are fake and the illusion of customer service is also. Text book scam though a very polished one.

I paid for Path Social's "Core Plan" which promises guaranteed results of 3,500-5,000 followers per month and results within 7 days. I sat back, communicating back and forth with Liam Meadows (my account rep), for 12 months asking why these results were never achieved. He apologized and said his Social Media Team is continuously strategizing in promoting my account and I should notice more followers in the coming days. This same conversation was had month after month. 12 months later, and I still received no more than 2,000 follower's total which likely wasn't a result of their efforts at all. I inquired about their money back guarantee that is plastered all over their website. They refused to provide any money back despite not even coming close to their guarantee. Apparently when they say you'll see results in 7 days in a separate statement from their guarantee, they mean you actually have 7 days to cancel... That isn't clear and is incredibly deceptive. What they did do, however, was ask for more money to pay for their other services.
