Excellent company with great service. I'm very satisfied with their security solutions and the quality of their product. The support team is responsive and professional.

However, I have concerns about their pricing model. While they do offer per-domain pricing, the real issue is the lack of usage-based billing. You pay a fixed monthly fee regardless of actual system activity - whether it found zero vulnerabilities, performed no scans, or had minimal activity during the month. There's no consumption-based pricing model where you pay only for what you actually use. This lack of flexibility makes it harder for smaller businesses or those with fluctuating needs to justify the cost.

I've been using Patchstack to keep my websites safe since 2018 (back when it was called WebARX).

Their firewall is solid and keeps everything secure. Plus, it comes with handy features like activity logs, user management, plugin updates, and even two-factor authentication for logins.

Patchstack really saves me a ton of time since I can manage all my sites from their awesome dashboard.

Patchstack has been protecting my websites since 2018 without any incidents. (It was called WebARX back then).

Right now, I manage about 20 WordPress sites including several WooCommerce shops and they are all protected by Patchstack.

It has a great firewall that keeps all my websites safe and on top of that it has activity logs, website user management, plugin update management, login protection like two-factor authentication and much more.

With Patchstack I save a lot of time because I can manage all my websites in their awesome dashboard.

Highly recommended add-on for peace of mind regarding your website's security. Alerts you to any vulnerabilities in plugin-ins or code, as well as many other useful features. Easy to use, good website/plugin that is easy to set up and use and helpful email updates.

I have also found the support to be first-class - even when troubleshooting a problem related to a separate third-party plugin they were quick, professional and reliable (I wish the same could have been said about the plugin developer, who pretty much ignored the issue. Thankfully PatchStack were there to help me get it sorted).

Takes the worry about having abandoned or out-of-date plugins on my WordPress websites.

The service here is superb! And they always are right on it with the best solution to solve the problem or question at hand. The tool itself is, well, it speaks for itself. I am very satisfied with this project and the service they offer.
