Impeccable service, what else can I say?
I had a problem with the panettone I Received and after reporting it, within a few days I was sent an other panettone as well as another pistacchio cream to go with it. The only suggestion I have for the seller is to review their expiry date on the containers as apparently that is not indicative of the use by date but just of the date by which the dough expires which as a consumer is unhelpful, as I need to know when the product has to be eaten by.
Otherwise the panettone was amazing and so soft that my husband said it sets the standard for all the panettoni :-)

Although an issue occured when I…
Although an issue occured when I ordered through their website which erased my notes regarding the desired delivery date which prompt the shipment to sent too early, they solved the issue and accommodated my request anyway. The products were of excellent quality and extremely well packaged for international shipping.
I am giving 4 stars just because around the days of the delivery I tried to contact them with no response because the package had not arrived within the scheduled period, it arrived nearly a week later.
Nonetheless I highly recommend them, everything tasted great.
