Absolutely love Pastel Pooch drying…
Absolutely love Pastel Pooch drying robes. The colours are so beautiful. I love that you can personalise the drying robes with your dogs name and have your own design.
They are perfect for bathtime, beach days, after rainy walks. We take ours everywhere.
Bea is normally dried out within the hour after wearing her robe. The robe keeps her snuggly and warm.
The quality is just fantastic and the delivery time was super quick.

The best of the best
The best of the best! A company that truly cares about its products and their effectiveness. Sizing: my dogs a long lanky deep chested yet slim breed so her size can vet tricky. Shes not small but she’s not huge! These fit perfect! No bum hanging out and no hanging straps for being too big! Drying: they actually dry! I was forever using various dog towels which would leave my dog just as wet but these actually absorb the water and work! Lovely!

drying coat
Looking for a good drying coat for my younger dog and saw one a fellow breed owner had purchased. So measured my dog and even had his name added. Arrived a few days later perfect fit and so soft and thick. So very pleased with it i will order again soon for my other dog whose old dry coat is getting rather tatty and no where near as thick. Quality good and recommend to anyone looking for one

absolutely adore our pastel pooch…
absolutely adore our pastel pooch drying robes for our dog! the quality is super soft, even after washes and we especially love the poppers for the back legs as our dog has hip dysplasia so, we can just unpop them rather than lifting his legs to get it off!!

We LOVEEEE our drying robes
We LOVEEEE our drying robes! Having awkward sized pointers can make it tricky getting anything to fit them but these work a treat. Not only is the fit perfect but they actually work! With one going to hydro weekly I have had many a towel that doesn’t actually dry them but goodness these are fab! They’re personalised to suit each dog and we couldn’t be without them!

Pastel Pooch Boutique products are the best quality around! We have so many drying robes for our dogs from this company and they’re all still looking and feeling brand new! They’re so useful and a staple for every dog owners house! They even have settle mats and drying gloves which are just as high quality. Customer service is always 10/10 and she’s always wanting to help and make sure her customers are happy! Highly recommend

Unfair treatment
I purchased a fold up settlement bag at the show and when I got it home does it was faulty and I contacted the company straightaway they refused to help me and six months later I have checked the bag everywhere but there are no zips available at that size she would not replace it our exchange it despite the fact that tides spent £50 which is a substantial amount on the day.
I've been totally ignored and dismissed she refused to even acknowledge anything to do with it and I've been left with a faulty bag for the last six months which I have shown people alongside the label that is still attached to it I think I could have been treated a lot better.
The lady knew I had an assistant struck and that my son needed this item but I don't believe she truly cares for dogs our people at all she truly was rude ignorant and dismissive.
Would not recommend at all.

We do not agree with the statements made in this review and would like to clarify the situation.
At no point did we refuse to help or “have nothing to do with it.” We responded promptly to all email correspondence and offered multiple resolutions to resolve the matter fairly.
The only 'evidence' provided to us was a one-second video showing stairs inside a property and a photo showing the zip on the bag intact. Based on the information provided, we believe there may have been confusion around how the zip functions, as it works like a standard coat zip and can detach from the end if not aligned correctly. We attempted to explain this and offered further support.
Although the tone of communication later became hostile from Kay, we remained professional and continued trying to assist. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our final email, meaning we were unable to complete the resolution process.
We are a small business and customer care is extremely important to us. If you would like to continue this matter constructively, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
We always welcome genuine feedback and aim to resolve issues fairly and directly with customers.

They are super soft and help absorb any water post bath or wet walks. For my parents puppy we have used it to keep him warm on paws up walks (he's too young to be on the ground) and he's definitely preferred the toweling robe to his jumper!

The fit which with a Lurcher can be difficult- is perfect, love the colour.

The best drying robes
We ordered a MD Sage Green Drying Coat with an embroidered snowflake and my dogs name. Not only is this the best looking drying robe I’ve ever seen but it fits my dachshund perfectly has Velcrow to easily fasten under my dogs belly and is made of microfibre so it dries my dog in 10-15 mins.

Our labradoodle
Our labradoodle, Kane, actually looks for his drying coat when he comes inside after a walk or a swim. If he’s cold, he knows it will warm him right up — he absolutely loves it!
