Thanks again for choosing our service through recommendation of your travel agent, we are responding to some of the reasons that there was a delay in your second passport being process,we apologized if any delays was cause, which we had no control, the application was received and submitted on 2/22/2016 timely, a request letter to the agency as to the reason for a second travel document was not included with the application, which while waiting, your application were at the Agency in which time your photo was damage, we alerted your travel agent of this error and resubmitted application with these new items on the 2/25/2016 to the State Agency, the new document was picked up completed and closed on 2/29/2016, we then proceed with your Russian Visa application, i hope our response was able to answer some questions of the delay, we thrive to have great customer service and was happy to be at service.
