A Total Rip-Off and Scam company
I ordered a Garden Kneeler on 13 June and was charged $47.07 USD. The Garden Kneeler did not arrive only a cheap $2 tool bag.
passion-happyhours have basically taken $47.07 from my PayPal account and sent me only a $2 item

If I could give zero or minus star rating I would!
Ordered a garden kneeler approx 50cm x 60cm consisting metal tubular frame parts, padded kneeling cushion and canvas side-pockets for garden hand-tools. Tracking recorded date/time of delivery which was also captured on video by security camera on doorbell.
Package received contained only one (of two) canvas side pockets, folded up in a soft package 20cm X 20cm.
Contacted supplier who responded they checked their warehouse and item was correctly dispatched.
Sent PHOTOS of packaging with label and tape measure to prove 50X60cm item could not be shipped in a package only 20X20cm.
Incredibly they STILL claimed I received item in full & I should check again!!!
I sent pics from doorbell video of the package being delivered and they said I would have to return item (to China) at my own expense which “may prove costly”. I declined to lose more money than they had already taken and advised they had proved their company was dishonourable. If I was stupid enough to pay more to return it, their previous lies suggested strongly they would likely claim the return did not arrive, thus keeping my payment in full for an item only partially delivered.
They then ‘offered’ $6 (the payment was over $50) which I declined. I told them the problem was THEIRS to fix and advised that as my payment included extra for ‘shipping insurance’ they should claim any loss from that. (They can’t make a claim however as the shipping company delivered what the supplier gave them to deliver!)
They then offered $8 (from the payment of over $50) which I again declined.
AVOID THIS APPALLING, DECEITFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered and payed 37,96 USD for a garden-kneeler and I only received a small bag. I've written and complained, but nothing happens. I'll never bye anything there again. Very bad.
