A lot of reviewers claim this website is a scam, but we had a good experience with it. Bought two tickets for the California Academy of Sciences while visiting San Francisco and saved a significant amount of money! My payment was processed quickly and the tickets showed up in my email within a couple of minutes. I was nervous at first because the discount was so good I thought it might not be legit, but it all worked out!
Complete scam.
Haven’t received the tickets I’ve purchased and the site keeps saying “processing”, even though they accepted my payment.
No response from the company or refund.
Avoid at all cost.
Purchased 3 separate attractions in San Diego for this month, July 2024. One went thru and the other two kept on saying “processing, you will get confirmation email within 2 minutes”. Never received confirmation so was able to use Chat to speak with customer service who said they would contact someone and that I would receive tix by end of day. I did receive emails but was emails CANCELLING my orders. When I contacted them they said the tix for the Dan Diego Zoo and the Safari were sold out. I got on Expedia and ordered the same tix and immediately got my tix. Expedia was a few bucks more but well worth it as the aggravation of this site is not worth a few bucks savings
Totally inflexible and snarky reply when I contacted customer service. Better off buying direct form location you are visiting even if it costs a little more.
This business is a scam. Do not buy any tickets from them. They are based in China and do not respond. Museums are not partnered with them and do not honor their tickets.
We bought 4 tickets to Ancient City in Thailand and it worked. It also was the cheapest option.
This is a fraud!
Do not believe it ! Why google map didn’t review and check this company properly
While I paid and they said there is no ticket but there are lots of tickets available on the official website of casa bátelo! Also it charged mores money
I was charge twice and they refused to give the money of the second ticket.
I bought one ticket and in the last screen after payment I had no confirmation of the transaction.
I bought a second ticket few minutes later with same name and passport and intact it has both tickets the same order number
Avoid this company for buying tickets! No valid tickets were received after completing the payment and they refused to refund.
sale expired ticket and refuse to refund!
I booked a trip up the Edge tower in NYC via the app and set off for the visit only to then get an email saying that the ticket had been cancelled because it was sold out. I've now got wait 24 hours for a refund. Awful, amateur company. Don't waste your money with them
