The Passfab software does not work…

The Passfab software does not work (pass fab Windows) as advertised and I purchased 2 products. The first product not solved my problems so they asked for me to do upgrade for a new product, i did and I never received the registration code for the second product I purchased or even the link to download the program, they sent me a registration code that is the same as the one I received for the previous product I purchased on the same day. The company's support does not respond to the 2 emails I wrote 3 days ago, even when I was emphatic saying it was an urgent matter. I can't work and I'm very disappointed with the way they treated me. I hope they keep their 30 day money back promises. I do not recommend this company or its products, completely misleading advertising, lack of respect for the consumer.

Passfab software does not work

Passfab software does not work (pass fab android) as advertised and the company does not fulfill its promises regarding refunds within 30 days. I do not recommend this company or its products, completely misleading advertising. Support, despite responding to messages, does not resolve anything.

Money stealers

Bought passfab iPhone unlocker full time, with no limits. Turned out they added PDNob subscription to my buy. Payments happened on 5th day of each month. I asked for refund, but got a message that "it is difficult for us to refund after renewal", but offered me a new product for life which I don't need.

30 days money back NOT guaranteed

I purchased the Android unlucker to ty to unlock my daughter's tablet because she registered with an email that she no longer uses and she couldn't reset it to factory settings. After several attemps to unlock it, trying every possible option offered by the program, I contacted customer support within hours to tell them about this and ask for a refund. After a day or two I received a reply, suggesting to try something else, which didn't work, then I replied and they suggested something else, a day or two after that, when they replied and told me the same, try another option, which didn't work either. After doing this 3 or 4 times, I got tired of this and ask them for a refund and cancellation of the subscription because they have the 30 days money back guarantee on their website, but they try to persuade me to keep trying something that I tried already or to buy other software from them so they didn't have to give me a refund. After a few days of going back and forth with them I dumped the tablet, because it was useless to me and told them that I couldn't try anything else because I didn't have the tablet anymore and they offer a refund of 30%, which seemed weird, because I requested it within hours of purchasing, I replied asking for a full refund, and after other few days of talking to them they gave me a 50% refund, which I accepted because I didn't want to deal with this company anymore. I don't know why the softaware didn't work with my device, I'm no saying it's a bad software, it just didn't work for me my complain is about the scam of the money back, if you don't really give the money back, just remove it from your website and stop scamming people, it's not the $15 dollars they didn't refund is the fact that you're scamming people with this. By the way, according to their website they're a 5 star product, and I'm not impressed since they don't post bad reviews, if you write a bad review on their website they won't post it so don't waste your time leaving a review on hteir website, leave it everywhere else instead

Scammers

Scammers, these people refuse to tell the truth about there outdated useless software and REFUSE to give refunds, if they tell you something like "We will refund you 30% but it may take some time depending on your bank" Then that means you are NOT getting your money back, they just keep using excuses to prolong it to the point that you give up, save your money and try another company

Disappointing Product and Refund Experience

I purchased PassFab Android Unlocker with high expectations based on its advertised capabilities. Unfortunately, the software failed to perform as promised. Despite following all instructions, it did not unlock my device and repeatedly crashed during the process.

When I requested a refund as per their refund policy, the process became unnecessarily drawn-out and frustrating. I was initially offered only a 30% refund, which was later increased to 75%, but a full refund for a non-functional product should have been processed without hesitation.

While the support team, particularly Tiffany, remained polite, the overall experience felt like a time-consuming negotiation rather than proper customer care. I cannot recommend this product or the company based on my experience.

---Resolution Reached After Lengthy Process---(2025-01-18)

The product failed to perform as advertised. The support process was lengthy, with several partial refund offers that didn’t align with my expectations. However, after expressing my concerns further, PassFab has now agreed to issue a full refund.

I appreciate the resolution, though I wish the process could have been more straightforward. I’ll be waiting for the refund to be credited to my account in the next 7-14 days. While the journey to this point was frustrating, I’m glad to see they’ve honored their refund policy in the end.

This is the worst software

Update to my review :
The customer service reached out to me and provided the full refund , but my samsung phone is bricked , so for the refund i update my review to 3 stars .

This is the worst software, IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL , I tried three phones and none worked and it bricked a nice samsung phone got stuck in the samsung login at the boot.
I tried to contact the customer service to cancel it many times they never respond and today they send me an email telling me they will charge my card for subscription next week !
My order number is : T187273631597639XXXX ... I hide the last 4 digits for securty reasons , Cancel It NOW and i do not want to come anywhere near your scam app anymore.
