Thanks to this law firm, I successfully obtained German citizenship. The team guided me competently and reliably through the entire process, and I am very happy with the result.

One minor drawback: all communication is handled exclusively via email, and response times were occasionally a bit slow. That said, for anyone looking for expert support with their Einbürgerung, I would definitely recommend them!

I am a highly qualified professional working for a well-respected company in Germany, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by passexperten. When I first opted for their service, the support representative assured me that my documents were clear and that it would take a maximum of 3 to 6 months to complete the process and receive my passport. It has now been nearly a year, and there has been no progress. Each time I follow up, I receive the same response, stating they’ve sent a letter to the authorities and are waiting, which is something I could do myself. For the past 7 to 8 months, it has been the same story. I feel like I've paid for a service that has only added stress and health issues. I wouldn't recommend this service if you value your peace of mind. You would be fortunate to have a better experience with them. The communication is also terrible; they don’t even read my emails and just respond with generic customer service replies!

In Aug 2025 I only inquired Passexperten about getting a German passport; they promised it in 6 months. I was just going through their website to see what document they want. I never signed but they falsely signed. In Sept, they sent a €2,900 invoice despite doing nothing and never contacting me. Feels like a scam—avoid this company.

You were ready for helping people, even at their first attempt by gathering information. Although I needed first to know which conditions do I had to get filled, and you were fast enough on enlarging the scale of information and help.
