Have made use of this brilliant company on multiple occasions over the past three months for hospital appointments, since my husband became wheelchair bound. Having mobility problems myself I cannot even get him out of the front door. The drivers are so caring and helpful, always reliable and it is a real pleasure to travel with them. They are always so willing to help with as much as you need, in our case just door to door, but always prepared to go above and beyond to make sure you are safe and comfortable. Thank you all. I honestly don’t know what we would do without Passenger Assist.

Due to my own health, I wouldn’t be able to manage without the driver’s assistance, and my husband is a wheelchair user. The support we receive goes far beyond just transport — it’s genuine care.

Passenger Assist have helped us with hospital appointments, days out, and most importantly with funeral and wake transport, which was handled with real dignity and compassion. They’ve been there for us on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and even at very short notice.

The drivers are patient, kind, and always go the extra mile to make sure we are safe and comfortable. They truly are a lifeline for our family.

If there were more stars I would certainly give more than 5! My nan and I had to use this company to get from Peterborough hospital, back home. Without this company, we would've been left stranded. The driver (unsure of his name), of our mini bus taxi, was extremely kind, genuine, and kept checking on us, making sure we were warm and comfortable, the whole journey home! This man was so patient and helped out as much as he possibly could. My nan and I highly recommend this service and shall definitely use again, if needed! Terrible Luton airport left stranded nearly fell to my death scary.Taxi service came 1 hour late some rude unreible need to be sacked dangerous not reliable drivers need sacking some thing really needs to change .No its Luton Airport,and disabled taxi service.

I would definitely recommend this Company and its services to anyone. The staff have been so helpful and considerate when taking into account my needs. Case, the driver, was a kind and professional person - nothing was too much trouble. The vehicle was spotlessly clean. An ordinary taxi service would have taken me to hospital but this Company delivered me to the actual department, collected me when I finished my visit and took me home. Thank you to everyone involved.

I wanted to write and leave this review to let everyone know how impressed I was with the company! How they went out of the way to re arrange things to get my client a taxi the next to day to get her to the hospital to see her sick mother- but I want to say a massive thank you to the driver kase- if it wasn’t for his compassion, kindness, and support through the whole ordeal and his patients and understanding it never would of happened…..I always be indebted to him a beautiful soul ..my guardian angle….thank you so much kay

Excellent customer service. Use very often for appointments to and from hospital. Driver looks after me very well and will assist to the appointment. I am an electric wheelchair user and travel in a tail lift vehicle. All their vehicles are wheelchair friendly. Best disabled passenger taxi service in Peterborough. Definitely suitable for all disabled and elderly passengers!

What an excellent service this was. My husband, who is wheelchair bound, and I used this company for an outpatient appointment. The driver was brilliant and ensured my husband’s wheelchair was secured properly and he was comfortable. Not forgetting to make sure I was OK. I would have no hesitation in using this taxi service again.

A fantastic service, you are in safe hands from the very beginning! Being wheelchair bound meant that I was unable to just go into town for lunch with a friend, but this wonderful, personal service makes me so much more independent! Would highly recommend.
