I ordered directly from their website but received the wrong product. It was unexpectedly fulfilled by Amazon, yet because I didn’t order through Amazon, I couldn’t get any support there. I reached out several times over the following weeks but never received a reply. It feels like they’ve set up an automated fulfilment system and stopped paying attention to customer service altogether.

They really are as good as they say!

The pods and pens are both amazing quality and although I tend to run out of liquid a bit faster than normal, that may just be because I like them.

LOVE the vape pen for thick oils as well as CBD oils.

I usually go for thick oils without PG/VG added, usually just distilates and terpenes.

The pen itself is perfect size, great for when you go out clubbing. Because it's small, it's less likely to snap in your pocket or if you sit on it (has happened with cheaper amazon vapes). The 3 vape levels are also great.
My only nag is the charger. I just wish it was a USB or USBC! The battery in the pen isn't the biggest in term of mAhs but it charges quickly.

I also bought the CBD oil cart "moonlight mango", although not mango, it is very tropical. Not the best flavour, not very hempy.
However, the vapour is nice and smooth and the CBD works very very well.
I use it at work, to get in the zone and calm my adhd. It allows me clarity and focus while reducing anxiety. It also helps my chrinic nerve damage-related pain and means I take less pain meds.

Very good company and friendly customer service, I purchased the vape pen and a collection of cartridges. The vape pen works really well and is very small so perfect for a top pocket. I have started using the Cosmic Berry, nice taste and effective but not as strong as I expected.

An absolutely amazing product made by people who really care. I got the daybreak CBD cart and I feel soo much better already and I'll definitely be coming back for more, I highly recommend it.

Tried a number of different vape pens, many of which stopped working over time. Paso’s was the best one I’ve had. Still going strong.

I have found the Paso pen and citrus cart very useful for puffing on throughout the day and would recommend all of their edible CBD products (especially their choccy ones nom nom) for relaxing with in the afternoons. All the products I have tried have been extremely high quality, superbly packaged and I would describe them as premium products. I contacted the company regarding the pen and they were both very helpful and very friendly. I'm looking forward to trying more Paso products as there are very few UK based CBD companies with great goods and such a solid reputation. Nice one!

An absolute game changer - I really can't get over how much stress and anxiety levels have dropped!

I bought a Citrus Eclipse vape cartridge and loved it so much I bought two more.
I genuinly feel more alert and awake after a puff on the vape and it certainly helped on a recent day long round road trip of 700 miles.
My anxiety levels have been reduced drastically, and those aches and pains of middle age reduced as well. All that going for it and it tastes great too. A winner.
The vape pen has a sturdy build quality, it feels robust and works efficiently. It also looks and feels great in the hand.
The customer service with Paso is second to none. I have had lots of questions and all have been answered quickly and in friendly tone. Packages have arrived speadily too and have contained lovely hand written notes.
I highly recommend Paso, at every turn I have been extremely happy with both products and the customer service provided by the women behind it.

I could not be more delighted with my Paso CBD vape. I've used other CBD vapes in the past but they were so chemically and made me groggy. Paso feels light and it actually makes my anxiety less and my helps so much with my back pain! Sophie was so kind and sent me a lovely personal message. Such a great experience all in all!

Beautifully packaged products that consistently work. My personal favourite is the dark chocolate, especially when I need it at a certain time of the month. Love the Mango Kush Vape cartridge too.

Who knew chocolate was yummy!
I don't eat a lot of chocolate, or so I thought. I bought some Paso chocolate on the recommendation of a friend, and it was delicious. I bought the milk and dark chocolate bars, and ate them both myself (don't worry I managed to pace myself!). I only wish they did bigger sizes.
As well as the chocolate being yummy, the packaging is gorgeous too. Altogether, it's a real treat. I can't wait for my next order to arrive :)
