EXCELENT AND FAST SERVICE...VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES

Hard to find items are in stock and shipped in a timely manner.

I had made several purchase by now of equipment there are fragile to handle. Replacement of new equipment was promptly conducted. I do have to say that communication is poor via telephone. Via email it is excellent communication and prompt overall I am very satisfied with your services and I think I will keep using and buying your products and I will highly recommend parts FPS to my business associates.

First time customer. Ordered APW infinite controls for food warmers that were "in stock". A month later I inquired where my order was. Was told about a nationwide shortage. These were "in stock" on their website. I ordered what I wanted from Amazon. Received in less than a week.

Contacted PartsFPS several times. Eventually recieved a package nearly 2 months after ordering. Wrong parts. Returned them. Never will do business with them again.

never again. worst service ever. don't even know where to start. Nightmare .4 months later and zero response. no product I was promised and no refund and no response for that matter.

"Temporally unavailable" most times when i called. The one time i did get a contact Sam said some one would get back to me by end of day. I asked when was end of their day and he said 7 easten. NO Call Backs. They did Not Send half of my order and no reason why.

I received all parts I ordered in a timely manner and at a lower price than other parts companies. The quantities were confused, but they corrected issue promptly!

Everything is terrible. Customer service was bad .I ordered twice with wrong item.

Finding the items we needed to repair our juicer was quick and painless. Our order was placed and items were received super fast. We are extremely pleased and will definitely order again as needed.

I needed to contact them regarding my order the phone number for the website does not work I’ve tried to email them and still no response and I still do not have my order ups said that the shipment was returned you would think that they would contact me to see what happened I’m very disappointed this is my first time using the service I don’t know if I will use it again

Your website showed all parts was in stock and still does,I ordered 3 parts and only recieved 2 and paid $92.00 to have over night and That stinks.

I have been using this parts company for about a year now and have never had any communication issues or parts issues. A great company to do business with.

When the order was placed it said you had stock. We notified our customer. Two days later, nope, out of stock for 3-4 weeks. Not good.
