Totally Unresponsive, Unprofessional, and Unethical

i ordered 4x new network switches from them, and the order still hadn't shipped after a week. After not being able to reach them through their website, e-mail, or telephone, a filed a Paypal dispute. They then shipped only 1 out of the 4 units, and told us they would issue a partial refund but did not. When pressed about it, they Paypal would not let them refund us until we closed the dispute, which is blatantly false. When the 1 unit finally arrived, it had clearly been used before. We shipped it back to them, and despite their shipping the incorrect quantity and trying to pass of a used item as new, Paypal let them keep nearly $100 of the money for shipping and handling. On top of that, they are not in the US as they claim, which ended up costing us an extra $50 in transaction fees, on top of all the time wasted and delaying our project by weeks.

I'm convinced that any of the positive reviews of them on here are fake, as their customer service was absolutely abysmal and nobody that deals with them could possibly be happy.
