There is no way to contakt customer service apart from Fax!!! or snail mail. I had a mail with a message and when I went to the site , it wasnt there - neither was the woman who had written to me. This is a scam - definitely. Don´t go near it. And the 6 month membership catch is also a swindle .
The concept is good, but there is only a very limited number of profiles ( a few hundreds max).
And: beware of the so-called Premium membership. Pricing is intransparent, so it is 289 kr PER MONTH, for 6 months, and they won't let you go before.
No stars! If possible, I wouldn't give any stars at all. You answer all these questions about yourself; and then you can only "match" with those who are like you. Who wants a duplicate? You can't search among all the users, just the ones who match you. I was looking for another woman, but they kept sending me pictures of men.
No search is possible what so ever!
Besides its quite expensive, so I can really not recommend this site.
