The instructions included were not very clear for our model.
All the parts for our two projects were all mixed up in the shipment with no labels, it took two hours to separate everything.

People were polite, helpful with good questions and quick with pricing and color samples. It was somewhat frustrating to figure out the freight costs. Product looks well made and a vast improvement over what we had. Thanks

Customer service was really good, very responsive and efficient and it was certainly the differential from other companies. The only minor thing is that not all parts were delivered in the expected time frame, which fortunately ended up not being an issue since we were a little late for install.

very nice looking units that were easy to install. I miss read the shop drawings in one bathroom which ended up being a very costly mistake. My impulse was how did they not see what I meant as a bathroom would not work in the configuration sent; however, ultimately my mistake.
