Good evening!! When the parts arrive everything was ok except for the blades was to long and wrong shape they were suppose to be seventeen inch blades but they were eighteen inch blades had to go and purchase new blades that’s what I get for ordering stuff off line no more thanjs

You waited for me to call you on the 7th business day to tell me that my part is on back order, and won't ship out of the factory until the 17th of October. Then you sent me email after I called you telling me about the backorder. Nice.

I went back and forth with your customer service and I feel they have no idea what I am talking about , first the bolt that holds the blade to the spindle assembly was not included yet the other bolts were included, then the pulley assembly was the wring part, the pulleys that you sent have bearings in the center and the proper ones that are in your picture and description have a star shape in the center so it fits tight on the spindle, so this is not correct and the ones you sent are more expensive because of the bearings, so you are loosing money and not satisfying your customer, so much for a 100% money back guarantee. I purchased the correct pulleys from your competitor because I could tell your customer service was not going to correct this and I needed to mow my grass. You should have your engineers explain this to your sales team and customer service
