Awfull experience and they hate you ringing them .if u ring them they will say you are harassing them .I ordered a part for a Nissan they sent wrong part .then they say they will send part out I’m still waiting .and if u message them they say your harassing I think best course of action is to ring them direct if u need assistance may be ring every half hour they hate that

Great service and very good site was able to find my item straight away, however the issue was on my behalf when I realised I didn't actually need it.

Called in and asked for a return and the service was A* refunded my costs and didn't even charge a penalty fee recommended and saved in my bookmarks for the future thanks guys

Product picture was misleading, and customer service inexistent, no one replied to my question.

Was a bit dubious of ordering online. Because you pay upfront. But needed the parts. Easy to order was sent confirmation etc. And parts were delivered to my hard to find address while l was away. Well chuffed will use again and suggest friends etc to use.

The bumper came in reasonable spec only 2 thinks were there were no guiding spurs on the bumper and one of the clips was snapped and damaged. The bumper is otherwise a great fit

Good product speedy service

Partbusters were very prompt to dispatch my order for a 2007 VW Caravelle passenger wing mirror. It was a very good price for the electric folding, heated version. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed it was a mark 2 version which pivots at an angle and differs from the mark one version I needed. I reported this to Partbusters and immediately they offered to try to find me the right version. The mark 1's are difficult to find and in the the end they couldn't find me one. I received an immediate refund of my complete payment and the mark 2 was picked up by their courier. Great service from them and I would recommend them.
They are keeping an eye open for a mark 1 and I hope to get one eventually.
