Great quality and service

The meat and the prepared meals are all top quality! And the staff is always very nice and helpful. Very lucky to have Parsons Nose in our neighbourhood, it's become our go to place when we want to treat ourselves or we have guests over.

So my delivery did not arrive due to a…

So my delivery did not arrive due to a technical error however here is why I am giving 5 stars - superb customer service regarding this during a very busy build up to Easter. Very quick and clear phone call to me from very understanding member of the team and very quick refund. When things go wrong it can be dealt with in a positive way and this was certainly the case. For context I have been ordering online from Parsons Nose for over 4 years and this is the first time there has been an error. Great people and great quality products.
