The experience was great, I had a dedicated person helping me with updates all the way during my service while I waited. Very quick about an hour. Very friendly staff and refreshments! What’s not to like, highly recommend.

When we arrived at Volkswagen we was greeted by Marcus hunt, he made are experience finding the right car so much easier, he was so helpful and made sure that we left with the right car for me and my family, If your looking for a new car then Marcus is the man to help you find that car, he also checks in with you a few days after you leave with the car to make sure everything is ok and that you don’t need any further assistance. I will also go back to Marcus to help me find are new car in the future,

Bought our VW from Parkway in Derby. This was the first service. We had a courtesy car for the day. They kept us informed of progress which included a video of the job done. Very happy with the job.

Best Ever Car Purchase Experience…
I bought my used Volkswagen T-Roc from Parkway Kettering. Wow what a 5🌟experience I’ve had…!!!
I was perusing the Parkway website the Thursday before Good Friday looking for a T-Roc. I found one at Kettering that looked ideal for me, I filled out the appointment request for Easter Monday afternoon I think but within a few minutes I received a call from Louise Johnson, I explained I was busy at the time so we agreed she would call back on Good Friday morning as she was working (as it turns out thankfully). She did exactly that, we discussed what I was looking for etc. Louise told me she was free at 4:15pm if I wished to go see the car. I agreed. Got there a few minutes early, Louise was there to greet me offering me a hot drink immediately, we sat at her desk while she asked me all the details of what I was looking for both financially and the car, she was a fantastic salesperson to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and not pushy in anyway, I was so impressed as I’d suffered a horrendous experience the last time I bought a used car. I test drove the car, loved it, agreed to buy it, I was very happy with the p/x deal, no silly offers just sound, honest figures I was happy with. Picked my car up yesterday 10/4. Sounds silly to say but the whole process was made so easy by Louise, every step of the way she explained what had happened, what’s happening and what will happen. Service plan agreed too..!!! Finally went to car where Louise explained everything I needed to know, she even did a lot of what I wanted to do for me. She showed me such patience and understanding as I slowly picked up what she was saying. Brilliant experience, for sure the best I’ve ever had dealing with a main dealer car purchase. Remember the name, Louise Johnson at Parkway Volkswagen Kettering… You will have the best experience you’ve ever had if you ask for her to guide you through your Volkswagen purchase.

The sales guy at the time was amazing but he is no longer there and im not surprised! This is Northampton Riverside branch.Awful place, when I had an issue the sales guy took it to his manager who fobbed me off! They sold me a car i loved with issues they refused to fix, i was told i can hand the car backnif im not happy! I love the car just not the attitude or customer service afterwards! Never would I go there again and the sales guy had a lucky escape!

Helpful sales staff
Brought my VWR golf in March, staff were very helpful, especially Muhammed, he talked me through the hole process and answered any questions, concerns I raised. On collection he talked me through all the controls and helped me set up the vehicle before I left. I’ve not had any issues with the car since sale so I’m hoping after sales is just as good.
