I was sent a parking notice for a car that isn’t mine. It seems to be an admin error as the reg number stated and the photograph showing the vehicle are different registrations! Call after call, waiting holding with no answer. One call I was holding 1hr & 32mins with yet again no answer. DEAL WITH YOUR MISTAKES PARK WATCH AS SOMETIMES GENUINE PEOPLE ARE BEING TARGETED.

These people are a scam. I received a parking ticket from this company on a public road, outside the gated area where they are authorized to operate. The road is a public road with no parking restrictions, and the employees of the nearby shop regularly park there themselves.
When another person uses this public parking space, they call this parking officer, who then issues tickets abusively. The parking officer is friends with the owner of the nearby shop, and they believe they are above the law regarding public road parking regulations.
Your operative has also made false statements asserting that the parking bays were “his” and that he had authority over the land. These statements are entirely untrue and constitute a misrepresentation of authority, in breach of the IPC Code of Practice. This conduct further demonstrates that Park Watch is operating without lawful entitlement.
