Cannot believe companies like this who win activity in public/council car parks don't have SLAs in place for repair and re-commission times.

It’s needed for my company, got to have this card as the app doesn’t always work and you can get stranded

Had lots of problems with the app for park and recharge especially on the national grid site but now sorted

Reply from Parkrecharge
I called as I couldn't get to work and they were brilliant

Reply from Parkrecharge
Have now got an RFID card so getting connected is much more painless than having to log into the app, etc etc.

The help desk team was really really helpful and all credit to Erin for sorting out my new key fob purchase when I put in the wrong delivery address.

Had to pay 10 pounds to pay for the privilege of charging my car up in a corporate building after being given advice from the companies customer care team that this would be the best method of loading credit on
Disgusting
Edit update
I had to pay £10 for the card which I need to upload money on ! I’m not objecting to paying for usage I’m objecting to paying £10 for you supplying me with a card to use your equipment
Edit 2
Thank you for your reply I really appreciate the explanation
I am going to keep the card as I haven’t got the capacity or time to send back
Probably worth noting that all other vendors for charging electric vehicles send a complimentary card to use FOC
Probably may need to review

Really helpful call centre after problems getting the charge to start

I ordered an RFID card a week ago and it has yet to arrive. Probably not a good idea to ask people to review the service when you haven't provided it.

I have used the Hubleon/ParkRecharge EV charger weekly in my local council carpark for over a year.
It has constantly given a first class charging experience. In the early days I needed to report a fault, which was rectified quickly, and since then there has never been a problem.
Obviously this 7Kw charging point is never going to be a rapid charger, but by arrangement with the council, the price per kilowatt is similar to what one pays at home, and therefore much cheaper than a forecourt. If other cars connect, it does mean that charging times increase. That's the only drawback.
The customer support is first class. They pick up, listen and act.
Write to your council and insist on a Hubleon/ParkRecharge charger.
