Da geht es um Umtriebsentschädigungen nicht um Parkgebühren

Mein Fahrzeug wurde registriert und es lag gem. Mahnung keine Stunde zwischen Einfahrt/Ausfahrt. Meine Frau war, während ich bei dortigen Arzt war, einen Kaffee und besuchte ein Geschäft. Das Geschäftsmodell dürften die Umtriebsentschädigungen sein. Wenn man sieht wie der Firmenvorsitz rotiert drängt sich das so auf. Ein heiteres Spiel von Herrn Arbon Bunjaku und Herrn Serjoscha Wiederkehr. Mal gespannt was die dortigen Mieter dazu meinen. Ich hoffe, dass da einige Personen dem Beispiel folgen.

Seeland Center Lyss

Seeland Center Lyss - Ich habe mein Kennzeichen korrekt registriert und war lediglich ca. 15 Minuten auf dem Parkplatz (90 Minuten gemäss Beschilderung kostenfrei!!!). Trotzdem erhielt ich eine Forderung über 70 CHF.

Meine Einsprache wurde ohne erkennbare inhaltliche Prüfung abgelehnt. Auf meine Erklärung sowie eine Zeugin wurde nicht eingegangen.

Ich empfinde das Vorgehen als sehr formalistisch und wenig kundenorientiert. Kulanz oder eine faire Einzelfallprüfung war für mich nicht erkennbar.

Ich empfehle dringend, bei der Nutzung dieses Parkplatzes sämtliche Schritte zu dokumentieren.
