Staff was not co-operative, we were told that you have to call before half an hr before reaching the car park and we did. your staff responded and said car will be there in 20 minutes after reaching we have to make several calls he was not even responding he came after 50 minutes. After that I told him car got some scratches and he said he don’t know about it he was very careless and told us you can complaint to the company.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Danny was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Drop-off and pick-up were quick, and everything was handled seamlessly. Highly recommend Orange Meet and Greet, and a big thank you to Danny for his excellent service—we hope we will get him next time too!

Absolutely splendid service and a very competitive rate. I had to book the parking the night before my 6 am flight. The airport was fully booked, but this company found me a parking spot just outside the airport entrance. The parking area was a well lit up area with camera surveillance and plenty of room either side of the car.. a quick Uber into the car park meant my total bill was just £20 for 24 hour parking including Taxi.

Parking booked from 04.00 am, for late time coming is fee 20 pounds, no receipt for paying fee and transport, transport is not a free like on booking start page, transport to and from airport is 2.50 pounds per each side, no toilet, most worst parking what ive seen not recommending, keep this parking far far away from you please

The experience was what was promised!
Was informed when I parked to always call them 20-30minutes before drop off or pick up but I forgot to do that when dropping off, the driver still made it in good time and the pick up was even smoother after I called as soon as I landed.

This was a totally shambolic experience and one which is never to be repeated. It is not clear when you book that the operators are third party companies. My booking was via Apple Parking. On 21st February they arrived 3 hours late, despite 20 phone calls - mostly unanswered, trying to find information. They eventually delivered the car to LHR T5 Level 5, as opposed to Level 4. Unbeknown to me, this process landed me with a parking fine. I did not drive the car there so was unaware of the T&Cs. Apple Parking have not responded to my complaints, and Parkos offer platitudes but no real support,
DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES. PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Very stressful experience as staff were very rude and shouted at as for no reason, told us to stay in the car, didn’t allow us to get out of the car from a long journey. Asked us extra for delivery to airport as wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Nearly ruined our good mood before short gateway. DO NOT USE THEM, choose closer to airport

I got excellent service from Parkos carpark.

This was our first booking with Parkos and we could not be more pleased with them! Thank you sooo very much for such a nice, smooth and straightforward experience while travelling is usually stressful anyway!
The assistants answering the phone were very polite and super helpful on multiple occasions during this single booking.
We got stuck on the motorway due to multiple accidents so had to notify them that we were running late. They were okay with that.
Then, we got the wrong exit at the roundabout upon arrival to the car park, had to drive through the drop off area but the lady at Parkos strongly recommended pay for the airport fee asap as we would be facing a charge by the airport.
Staff were nice, polite and helpful all the way from start to finish.
And! Their Meet &Greet service appeared to be cheapest even compared to some of the Park&Ride offers! So absolute bonus and a joy to have used of Parkos!!!

Not so impressed probably won’t use again. Driver left a load of mud on my car mat and side trim inside car. Also I have a flat front drivers side tyre where he’s gone over a nail. Driver also left my car in the car park with key behind wheel for me to pick up. My question is if my car was to have been stolen would I have been held accountable
