Located in a busy, safe and well lit area. Bus stop very nearby and the journey to the airport was about 10 minutes. Good instructions/directions made it easy to find. Competitive rate. Very happy and will use again.

On day of dropping vehicle no one was picking the phone when we call at 4.40am, driver/manager was very rude and said there is wrong information on booking but he cannot do anything, on our return to pick up from airport driver was driving very dangerously on those urban roads, also he was very rude to other people handling their cars. I will never use this company again and advice every one not. Also they refused to give receipt for extra £10 they charged us and took cash

Easy access park up sign paperwork hand over keys and your gone in less than 2 minutes, and you dont have to worry whilst your away. Very secure parking and staff are brilliant will use them all the time.

The booking process was straightforward, and the parking, and collecting, was very efficient and problem free.

First time I have used this service and it was seamless. Parked at T5 and left the keys with a member of staff. On our return it took just 2 calls. We were in the car within 20 minutes of landing having collected car from level 4 at T5. Would highly recommend.

Our car was not available on return. We had to be driven to the location where the car was stored, which added an extra hour on our journey time. It turn out the his company went into liquidation. We had to find our car before driving home

No waiting about, good service would recommend

The reason I've given five stars is the driver. The administration is okay (no better or worse than other providers I've used). We had same driver when we dropped off and picked up. I didn't have to phone him once I'd collected my luggage as he'd phoned me already and he was polite and really knew his job.

Great service, car get picked up and dropped off on time. The only negative thing I have to say is customer have to pay when entering the car park and exiting £10 each, which says ones you complete the booking. cost rounds up to meet and great at the end.

Accessibility to the airport was great and transport service was excellent. Good customer communication and assistance were great. I will not hesitate to use Parkos for my next travel.

False advertisement, on the website it said open 24/7 and free transfer. But they charged transfer fee and when we landed they didn’t pick up the call after calling them 16 times. Eventually got through to the site security and they said car park is closed now I have to wait till 4am which is 4 hours after I landed.
Eventually took a taxi from the airport to pick up my car. AVOID at all cost. All the extra money and hustle, uou might as well book the official parking.

Very confusing. I followed the instructions given but it was just a car park at the Holiday Inn, no staff or presence on site. I ended up driving to the drop off at Heathrow and was very worried giving my key to what could have been a random man! They got the booking reference and reg number wrong. Also a different company name on the form I was given. In the end it turned out OK and the return pick up was fine. All very dodgy though.

i asked for a VAT reciept but was fobbed off twice at the parking site the staff had no idea , the website says login to your account to get VAT reciept but i never opened an account. when speaking with your help desk which is not easy to get to speak to someone they explained things better and also sent me the reciept but it shouldnt be so hard.

This was 3rd Time we used the Parkos at Heathrow. Great service all around. Excellent price, Ease of booking, Edit the booking. Reminders. If Instruction is followed correctly, you wont have to wait more than 10 min. We will use again.
