Don’t use Park fly

I had gone through the website compare your parking and been careful to check the reviews as I wa travelling with my five year son. I booked Platinum parking that had good reviews but on arrival at Heathrow was told to call another company. When I called them they said I would meet them as arranged, they explained that Platinum parking had overbooked and farmed their bookings out to Falcon Parking.
On day two of my holiday I was advised my car had been in an accident on calling Falcon many times they emailed me on the day o wa flying home to confirm my car had been in an accident.
My so. And I arrived at 10.30pm at night and to top it all off BA took over 2 hrs to get out luggage.
I had to arrange transportation for me and my so home 100 miles in Dorset.
It is now 3 days since I got back and no sign of my car, I have no idea where it is and they are very unresponsive. The guy who owns the company is called Adil and he has no conscience, at all. I have not been offered a rental.
Please be warned do not use any company and especially not Falcon or Platinum parking you may never see you car again.

If I could give negative points I…

If I could give negative points I would. Don't go near Comparkingparkings.co.uk as that's how I booked Parknfly also known as Falcon Parking for Heathrow Terminal 5. They gave them a high rating and was advertised that they would meet me at the terminal. They didn't answer their phone for 45 mins, thought I would be stranded with my car so had to pay double and go with another car company, Maple (very good) who were there at the time professionally assisting another customer.

Parknfly then called but it was too late - they haven't bothered to refund the money nor reply to me!!!

Terrible service

Firstly I wish I had read the reviews before booking as this was by some distance the worst experience I’ve ever had using a meet and greet service.
We waited over 40 mins for a driver to arrive even though we were told he was there. When we returned and called after collecting our luggage (as per the instructions) we were told we would have another 30 mins wait for the car.
This is definitely not how I would describe meet and greet. Appalling service.

Worst experience of any park and fly company

Wish I'd seen some reviews before booking with these.
If there was a minus star rating I'd give that.
flying from Heathrow we phoned as requested 30 minutes away to allow time for a staff member to get there to 'meet and greet us'.
on arrival at Heathrow we waited 45 minutes for someone to turn up, the I had to pay the additional parking for him to get the car out of Heathrow.
On our return we again phoned when in baggage reclaim, as asked, and proceeded to the car park with our cases. Again no 'meet and greet' just my car parked.
I rang the office, a number of times, before finally getting through to be told the staff member who parked my car had to go to level 2 to pick up another car, my keys were left on the drivers tyre under the wheel arch, with the exit ticket inside. This now appears a clear policy with this company, and it won't be long before the toerags cotton on to this and hang around to drive off in peoples prized cars.
On complaining via email, no response, clearly not interested, they have my money, but to ALL others thinking of using Park n Fly please DON'T, an absolute shower of s**te

Park N Fly YOUR THE BEST !!!

Quick and easy to park. Love your over size parking for trucks. Very easy to get to and from the terminal. Would recommend to everyone I know! Thank you much Park N Fly !!! Yolanda

If there was a 0 star

If there was a 0 star , I would have used it. We were left waiting 2 hours in a car park in Heathrow, we had paid £5 on arrival which was agreed and the rude driver came , we run to the airport for the check in but the driver called us to say you need to pay £9 I am at the barrier. We run back and refused to pay. he said " IF YOU DON T PAY I LL RETURN IT TO THE CAR PARK AND YOU LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT". We paid as we were going to be late for the flight.
On our return to the UK we were told that the car was in Row A, we looked for it for 30mns with our luggage, it turned out , it was in Row R. Oh ! and on top of being told the wrong row, we were told that the keys will be on the right tyre. So no checks were done to the car between me and the service provider. I sent an email to get a refund for the £9 , the email was ignored. Please do not use, if you use the service and you go through a bad experience , please report to trading standards

BEWARE

BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

BOOKED THROUGH comparetheparking.co.uk who are also compareyourparking.co.uk

They claim that they are a comparison website but you will likely be using GRIFFIN PARKING LTD who are also PARK N FLY LTD and are about to be struck off the by companies house. Both companies have the same director. Wish I could have seen the review of GRIFFIN/PARKNFLY before booking but the compare website showed a different company on booking website.

GRIFFIN/PARKNFLY - Arrived 30 minutes late, called me when we were at our return airport to say they had lost the key, wanted to collect our spare from our house so they would then have 2 keys. I refused and asked them to give me their insurance details, their response "insurance doesn't cover keys." Refused a refund, parked the car on a main highway (they had to take us to collect it). Our Insurers are insisting on new keys, locks and ecu replacement and recoding and GRIFFIN won't respond. They have one mobile phone line. ISN'T IT FUNNY THAT A SIMILAR REVIEW IS POSTED BELOW.

Customer service when we were informed was appalling and tried to put me in the wrong when I asked for a refund and all our costs reimbursed for our losses.

COMPARE THE PARKING SAY THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY AND HAVE NO INSURANCE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE.

GRIFFIN SAY THEY DO NOT NEED INSURANCE FOR KEYS

OUR INSURERS AND THEIR LEGAL TEAMS WILL BE RECOVERING OUR LOSSES. I SHALL BE INFORMING THE POLICE ABOUT THE KEY AND THE LEGAL GUYS CAN DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.

THEY HOLD DATA FROM YOUR BOOKING SO WILL KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE. I AM POSTING THIS ON HERE IN CASE WE ENCOUNTER ANY ISSUES AT OUR PROPERTY GOING FORWARD.

We booked park and Fly heathrow and…

We booked park and Fly heathrow and when we came back from holiday we were told we never left the car with them, it took us 7 hours of calling back and forth for them to find out car, but they had lost the keys; so we end up having to take an uber, and one of the guys followed us home so we can prove him the spare key. the car was drooped off 14 hours later. I was never compensated, neither had my key replaced ot even paid for the cab home. please avoid at all cost

hello I'm not satisfied with the services of this company.My car was damaged I send them an email they ignore not responding. I had to apply for my insurance . People should be careful with this company.
