It was really good experience. The parking place is quite large and safe. All camera around. The staff is also super helpful and friendly. I also learn a Detch-Chinese food called Babi Banggang :-). I would recommend this parking place to everyone.

Booked a parking with parkmundo and the parking company made damage to my car. By e-mail the company said they would pay the damage but I’m still waiting. We had contact with Parkmudo and you have to send several mails to get a answer. And the answer is we can’t do anything A corrupt company

Overall, it was a very good experience. The website is user-friendly, intuitive, and fast, which made the booking process easy and smooth. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because there was no option to add a Polish country calling code when entering the phone number. Apart from that small issue, everything worked perfectly.

Easy to book and easy to log in and change and update your reservation details.

I was faced unexpected costs at Parkindus parking. I had indicated I was traveling with two people, but upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay extra for the second person.

Don't make the mistake of renting this company's services. They are a fraud. Wait for more than an hour. Don't do it. You will regret it. Very bad service.

I had a reservation @8:30 am I must call de company 30min before! I do it! @8:00 a worker answer de phone and tell me they don’t have shafeurs available to pick my car @ airport Duseldorf! In mean time I must parking in🅿️ 1 they call me back and not soo nice speaking working that I must be in 5min @ 10-11 because he is alone! I told him can you please share location white me!! Because it’s my first time @ Duseldorf airport!! Hi just say you must be here!! It is on professional!!!! And he stay calling me I am going I am going!!! I told him I pay!! My reservation for 8:30 and I had right 10min more to go over there!!!! Than hi just sai! Not my problem!! And hi was not over there!!!!
Not professional!!! They are scams!!!!!!!

Convenient filter, informative, good price. But I was able to pay only on the next day, from the start it gave me 404 error when redirects on payment page each my attempt.

change car park after 2 months and now changing car park will be too expensive

Booked an expensive parking place .
We had to leave our car keys although it was indicated that we could keep them. The owner told to accept it or refund and leave!!!
Never again.

Good afternoon,
I have reserved parking at Premium Parking, Kerklaan 125, Machelen, Belgium, from 13 to 28 April 2025.
We came to the parking place at 13 April 11:50 but the gate was locked and nobody was there, just people who wanted to enter.
We called to the phone no. which was on the reservation but nobody answered. As we had to catch our flight, we had to find another place for parking.
I wanted the company to send me back the money that I have paid for the parking but my email was undelivered. It is BIG FAKE!

We have paid already and by the parking they asked another 15€ extra
10€ for the shuttle and 5€ extra person

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Because my car was 21cm longer than 4,5m i had to pay an extra of 130 euros. So the the fair was 196€ instead of 66€. It is marked on their website after a whole page of small letters yes. These kind of ripoff websites make everyone afraid to book online.

--> the parking lot manager said that they don't charge extra for +4,5m length. So it's going purely in the pocket of Vliegen & parkeren.
