Absolute WORST app I have ever used in my life.

I used it once to park at uni and the app has made life difficult EVERY SINGLE DAY THEREAFTER. The app, website and whole system is completely outdated and the usability is HORRENDOUS. For no reason whatsoever they didn't take a $2 payment from my account and then wont let me use the app until the "balance" is paid. I have been trying to pay this balance for the last 2 weeks but again, the app WONT WORK BECAUSE ITS THE WORST F***** APP EVER CREATED. Even worse, there is NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE WHATSOEVER. Ever time i click to make an equiry, whether though the app or a website it jsut redirects me to pay for my unpaid balance, which it WONT LET ME!!!! . I have to leave my classes ever two hours to top up my parking because of this app. I am planning on speaking to someone fro the uni to remove this app from the uni.

I can't log in, bit guess what, to fill in their enquiry form you have to log in! Rang the number, just say no when asked for your number plate then you'll get put through to a person. However, then I have to explain I am not calling about parking, but about my account access. Multiple calls later, 4 days later, I am still waiting for 'someone' to call me 'sometime'. No they cannot say when it will be or give any time frame. Also, the phone number plate recognition consistently only recognises 5 letters/numbers, yet our usual number plates are 6 characters. Useless.
