When I was leaving the parking keyboard was not working. I called support. But the women on the line was very toxic. Said she can't help me. And hanged the phone. I had to leave through the enterence.
Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with in the Netherlands. For two weeks, I have been confirming through email that my parking membership has started, the membership fee has already been charged from my bank account — yet I still haven’t received my card.
Every time I ask how to use the parking in the meantime, I’m told that if I call, the barrier will be opened for me. But every single time I call, I am told in a mocking tone that I don’t have a membership, that “our system works perfectly” and “this is not my problem.” On top of that, they have hung up the phone on me and even told me not to call again.
Since 1 August, I have been paying for a parking membership that I cannot use, and I am treated with rudeness, arrogance, and zero professionalism. This company has wasted my time, my money, and my patience.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid them — they have no respect for customers and no intention of solving problems.
