ParkingPack is a UK-based online tool that helps drivers understand and prepare appeals for private parking charge notices. Our service is designed for people who have received a private parking charge from a parking company and want a clearer way to check whether it may be worth challenging before deciding what to do next. Customers answer a short set of questions about their parking charge, including what happened, whether they paid, whether there was a registration issue, whether signs were unclear, whether there was an app or payment machine problem, and what evidence they have available. Based on those answers, ParkingPack helps identify possible appeal points and generates a personalised appeal pack. The paid appeal pack can include a structured appeal letter, evidence checklist, suggested attachments, a PDF download, and step-by-step guidance on how to submit the appeal to the parking company. ParkingPack is a software and document preparation service. We do not guarantee that any appeal will be successful, and we do not provide regulated legal advice. The purpose of the service is to help customers organise their case clearly, avoid generic appeal wording, and understand what evidence may support their appeal. Our goal is to make private parking appeals easier, clearer and more affordable for everyday drivers.

Paid £100 and Received No Proper Service

I had a very disappointing experience with ParkingPack. I paid £100 expecting the service that was advertised, but I did not receive what was promised. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was unable to get a satisfactory response or refund.

Based on my experience, I feel that the company was not transparent about its service and payment process. I would advise others to research carefully before making a purchase and to keep records of all communications and payments.

I am still seeking a fair resolution regarding my £100 payment.
